They sent it to the wrong pharmacy under the wrong name took over a week to get that straight, they didnt send the referral in to oral surgeon for days, scheduling appointments is a hassle especially when I need all 4 kids seen at same time to make my life a little easier. read more

Extremely frustrating experience. Appointments are constantly delayed with excuses from the staff, and the front office is very poorly managed. Routine 6-month cleanings are booked nearly a year out, which is unreasonable. What's supposed to be a 30-minute appointment regularly turns into a 2-hour ordeal. There's a serious lack of respect for patients' time and very little accountability. I would not recommend this office unless major improvements are made. read more

They don't know the difference of what is emergency or not. My issue is emergency. My tooth chipped deep and left a big hole in the molar. It had went below the pulp level. My pain is 10 plus. I called them Saturday to get an appointment. They agreed to 1pm. I let my friend drive me to Tulsa closed to 48 miles to travel and we left 12:20 hopefully to get in to see the dentist. We had to stop for gas and go through highway construction sites and stop lights and traveling 100 m.p.h. to get there. We were 20 minutes late and we called on the way to let them know that we were on the way. When we got there, they said that it is too late for the appointment and they can't take me in. I know that businesses wants to close on time, but this tooth is killing me. I wanted them to extract it. They gave me the run around. They would not take me in for an emergency issue, when I was willing to pay cash. I never felt that much pain over a tooth. Nothing is stopping the sharp pain. These dentists at that facility would not help me. On top of that, there is Aspen Dental that claims to do emergencies on weekends. They actually don't do weekends. I will let people know that these businesses are not for the victim seeking emergency care. I will never trust this business ever. read more

Dr. Quan Hoang has won my faithful allegiance. Twice now he has given a more conservative treatment option. He has saved me from an unnecessary root canal and and an unnecessary crown besides saving me a lot of time and MONEY. I had to wait a couple weeks to get in to see him but it was worth it. Sara his assistant is very knowledgeable about insurance too. I'd give the office staff a 3 star but Dr. Quan and Sara get a 5 star rating. I will be back. read more

We took our 4-year-old son in to have his front tooth looked at. He had hit it on the playground a couple of weeks ago and it started to change colors. We called a head to make sure that this was something they could help with and we were told that they see kids which wouldn't be a problem. We told them we would be paying out of pocket and I think that was the sign they would be able to take advantage of us. Within our experience here it was nothing short of an awful. In short, we feel taken advantage of because we were paying out of pocket. They took X-rays and told us we would have to go to another dentist because they wouldn't be able to help our son. We were told that this was how it works, you come to see them, and they must refer you to a specialist. Come to find out that the place they sent us too could have taken care of us from the beginning. We didn't have to be sent from Dental Depot. Now we have been lied to and feel even more upset that someone took advantage of us. We will never go back and plan to let everyone we know to not take your business there. Because this place takes "walk-ins," their schedule sometimes varies a couple minutes here or there, but if I was in an emergency situation I'd hope scheduled patients would be understanding. Edit: This is the Broken Arrow, OK office. I'm not sure why Yelp is saying I'm in San Francisco. If you have ANY other options, please use them and avoid this establishment at all costs. Yeah it looks cool with its trains and whatnot, but once that wears off, you'll be left wondering why the hell you didn't listen to me in the first place. We originally started using DD because they had Saturday appointments available and, with six kids, that was convenient for us. I won't detail every bit of incompetence along the way, but I will illustrate what I mean by way of the story of how they handled my daughter's teeth. All of our children have struggled to wriggle free their baby teeth and all of them have had to have them pulled at some point because they just don't want to come out. The same was true with my daughter whose front bottom teeth were all coming in at the same time. We were told that the baby teeth would eventually wriggle free and come out and that if they didn't, we should come back in a couple of months to have them pulled. Fast forward a couple of months to that appointment when we were told by a different dentist in the same office to wait a few more months. This process went on three times in total, so about 6 months overall; the permanent teeth continued to crowd her mouth nonetheless. After being turned away yet a third time by THIRD dentist in the same office who barely wanted to listen to anything we had to say, we looked around and found a new dental office (Aqua Dental) who would see us fairly quickly and get all of the kids in for their scheduled checkups (this was a whole different issue by now too). Needless to say, her baby teeth were removed during that first appointment when the dentist discovered that she had some kind of rare shape to her baby teeth roots that weren't allowing them to come out on their own! It's amazing what a little competence can do! When I called Dental Depot to cancel the kids' next appointments, they kindly ignored my request and texted me today to either confirm the appointment or they would have to cancel it on my behalf. That's funny. I cancelled it a long time ago. I want to thank them for their incompetence once again, because it prompted me to take a few minutes to write this review on their behalf. In a nutshell, this is what you'll get if you go to Dental Depot. A glorified train-themed landing spot for recent dental school graduates. If you have any sort of complexity to your dental needs, you will likely be rescheduled to a time that is more convenient for them because they will likely be overbooked that day and not be able to address your needs. When you come back, you'll have yet a different dentist who may or may not have the same opinion of the first dentist you saw and you may get a completely different assessment of what needs to be done. If you're extremely lucky, you may get one of the established dentists on staff. Dr. Park is the only one I can remember. Drive around town and look at the different billboards and you'll know which ones are actually there for the long haul. The rest are simply there because they need to be until they can establish their own practice or move on to something better. Generally speaking, the rest of the staff is nice and accommodating, but that isn't enough to overcome the deficiencies of this office. read more

I must say that I have used them in the past and it was OK. today however, they acted as if they had no clue on how to deal with patients. I arrived early so I could fill out any new paperwork, I waited for over 40 minutes, 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to happen, I was still waiting, no one said it will be a minute or anything. I told them I needed to reschedule and asked why 3 other patients who came in AFTER me were seen before me!! I was told that that side was faster?!?!? What kinda logic is that?? They were able to get me in for an emergency filling replacement on a Saturday morning. They didn't try to overcharge me like a previous dentist that wanted 15 times what my insurance would cover. They also identified one cavity that I suspected which will be taken care of in a future apointment, and also noted that I didn't have cavities where the previos dentist found phantom cavities they wanted to overcharge to fill among other dental work that was demanded I do. This place is much more professional. I felt comfortable going here and with my visit. The staff made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I did not feel any of the pressured upselling for stuff that I don't need as well. read more

Very Impressive. Went to get my teeth cleaned and est care the day after Thanksgiving and was very pleased. They texted me to remind me of my appt several times (not too annoying) and when I got there I filled out a few papers and got right in. The whole process took around 1.5 hours which is not too terrible considering it was my first time there. The Doctor was fun and friendly and when it was all said and done they had a treatment plan done and how much it would cost. I set up my next appt while there and got a free t-shirt and water bottle. If there was a possibility of leaving a zero, I'd leave that. My husband had a dental procedure scheduled for over a month. Apparently in the last month, this establishment got a new dentist and the one who originally worked on my husband had left and was no longer working there. The new dentist throws a fit to my husband explaining how he doesn't have enough time to work on my husband and he needs to come back another day. My husband had already made plans with his work to leave early to make this appointment work so this was beyond rude and inconvenient. My husband asked if there was something they could do since he had already move his schedule around so they agreed to monitor the procedure and get part of it started. Then they proceed to tell him that his blood pressure was too high and they couldn't work on him at all... the nurse who took the xrays and gave the oxygen was the only pleasant thing about the experience-- she needs a pay increase for dealing with that wacko of a dentist. For a dentist office, there needs to be a certain type of protocol. It is not my husbands problem that the dentist was too unorganized to review his schedule and records ahead of time. It is complete bullsh*t to think it is appropriate to turn away paying customers. We have dental insurance and only went to this office because the old dentist was so professional and did a great job. I have a feeling this place will lose a lot of clientele because of this joke of a dentist, you cannot treat your patients like they don't matter. If I'm spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars-- I need to know that my TIME is as respected by the practice as I respect their time for showing up at my scheduled appointment. Bottom Line: I was ignored and not made a priority & the clerical staff made a mistake that I get punished for. I was really excited to try this out because my Dad has gone here and likes Dr. Parks a lot and we love how close it is to our house. I made an early appointment before I had to be at work, thinking it wouldn't take that long. I had a good check in experience and it went smoothly. I had Xrays taken which also went well. The staff was friendly and nice and informed me that Dr. Parks was running a little bit behind and that he would be with me shortly. Then I sat in the chair by myself for 20 minutes. 20 minutes by myself, no one came to check on me, and I was completely forgot about. I finally found a hygienist and I told her I had been waiting on Dr. Parks for 20 minutes and that I had to be at work soon and that I would like some assistance. She went to find someone, informed my hygienist about it, and told me someone would be with me soon. A few minutes later Dr. Parks and the hygienist came back and he lightly apologized for his absence, blaming it on a busy morning. He looked at the schedule and asked if when I scheduled the appt if they asked me if it was a cleaning. I didn't remember as it was 2 weeks ago. he then laid me back, looked at my teeth, said all I need is a cleaning, and sat me back up. He then thanked me for coming in and left. The hygienist said that we would need to reschedule an appointment. I'm sorry--what? She said that the staff didn't mark it as a cleaning and because that would take too long, I would need to reschedule. At this point, I am fuming and holding back as much self control as I can to not chew anyone out. We reschedule for 2 days later at that point. Then she walks me out, says I get a tshirt and a water bottle (yeah because that will make up for wasting my time) and then I leave. I have never been ignored so blatantly. The customer service alone would have been bad enough--I never should have been left there for 20 minutes with no check in at all, which is the kind thing to do. But then because of what a front desk staff member incorrectly scheduled, I have to dely this again. I should have had my cleaning today, not have to reschedule. I got there on time, was patient and compliant with everything. Dr. Parks and staff should have profusely apologized and taken care of me immediately. I left the office absolutely fuming, feeling like I am not remotely important to their business, and as though they couldn't have cared about me any less. They didn't numb me correctly, and when I was coming out of the chair in pain during the procedure, instead of stopping and numbing me more, the "dentist" (and I use that term loosely) just kept going. She didn't even give the nitrous time to work before beginning! Nitrous I had to pay $48 extra for! I'm in more pain now than when I went in, and I SHOULD be numb enough not to feel it. The female "dentist" there has the bedside manner of a badger, and the compassion of an ISIS terrorist. I've had several extractions, and none have been even CLOSE to this painful. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! 1st off the cleanings are not done in the proper order!! So you don't really leave with a clean feeling mouth.. And the last two filling appointments I've have were nightmares!! The 1st one I sat in the chair with the laughing gas on for over an hour on before the doctor even saw me! So then my second appointment I was suppose to have two fillings done total. one either side.. After taking my payment for both they took me back.. Then two techs came in and they told me theycan only do one filling and I will have to come back for the second one.. Which if I did that I could not come back for another 2 month due to my jaw issues.. Well they then went to talk to the doctor and he said he never said he would do two at the same time which is a lie!! So they then sent in another tech to tell me Dr Parks Monday's are always busy and he sees 6 to 7 patients at the same time which is NOT MY PROBLEM!! I just picked this day since it was the next available appointment.. They are ALWAYS OVER BOOKED! And he rushes all of his appointments!! I had the absolute worst experiance of my life at this place if I could give it negative stars I would. Dr. Ta is the most incompetent dentist I've ever been to. She yanked on my ONE wisdom tooth for two hours and gave me 15 shots in the mouth still couldn't get me numb! Then had to have assistance from Dr. Parks who was great! He Came in gave me two shots boom, I was numb, he then popped my tooth right out! In a matter of two minutes he did what Dr.ta was trying to do for two hours. I was literally crying so hard my face was already so swollen, i was in so much pain, my face is bruised and I'm pretty sure she broke my jaw... But the dental assistant I had was a rock star and she needs a raise, her bed side manner is a million times better than what the DENTIST HAD!!
