I needed a new dentist so I decided to check out Dental Depot. When I called, there was about a 3 month wait for a new patient appointment (with cleaning). When I showed up for the appointment, the office was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was seen by a different dentist than I had scheduled my appointment with (no explanation given) but since I was a new patient anyway, this was not a big deal to me. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was gentle and did a great job. The doctor answered all of my questions. They took my dental insurance so I didn't need to pay extra for this preventative care visit. I definitely plan to return here again! read more

They let my teeth fracture more, which I couldn't feel. Saw a real dentist at my 6 month check up and they immediately got me in for a procedure. TERRIBLE OFFICE AND DENTAL CARE. Management does not care if you get appropriate dental treatment done. Currently sitting in a chair at Dental Depot plotting the many ways I plan on pursuing legal action. Dr Nunnally removed my wisdom teeth Friday June 25th, today is Thursday July 1st. Have not been able to sleep, eat, go back to work, or even fully close my jaw in a week and yet I've been crying in their office for over an hour waiting to be seen because I didn't have an appointment set for my chronic pain. Actually ridiculous, I've been a client here since before I could walk and can formally confirm Dental Depot is good for nothing besides botched wisdom surgeries and the worst customer service. **I would like to add that they keep patients awake during wisdom removal for a "faster recovery" - my recovery was longer than anyone I know who had a traditional surgery. And the experience itself is traumatic to say the least, you see, feel, and hear everything. They didn't numb my mouth enough on one of the quadrants and I felt his scapel rip through my gum. I wish they had given me actual anesthesia. The priority was clearly saving money, not patient comfort. And they didn't send me home with a syringe to clean the sockets, also typical wisdom removal practice, which resulted in very painful complications and nearly caused an infection. I'd let a PepBoys employee remove my wisdoms before I'd let Dr Nunnally do that again. Your money would be better spent getting veneers or a custom grill. read more

From the looks of this place i was super skeptical. I also thought it was a pediatric dentist, which it is, but they also do adults too. This is the first dentist I have tried in Dallas that I would actually recommend to someone. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the best part was they didnt lie to me and try and sell me nightguards or procedures I don't actually need. Simple cleaning and all good to go! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and dallas thats trying to find a dentist that wont screw you over. read more

Do you enjoy confirming an appointment only to have it changed later without your knowledge? Does the thought of calling into the office to update your insurance, and then later finding out that there's no record of this ever happening excite you? Then you're in luck! Because the office staff here is unapologetically incompetent. Perhaps it is just an extreme case of paranormal activity, because the staff never has any idea what's going on or why the appointment time/date/dentist always ends up different from what was previously scheduled. Apart from that, Dr. Nunnally is an excellent dentist and is the only reason I continued frequenting this establishment. read more

Dr. Nunnally is great! My kids came here first then I started to come here. He is very kind and honest. He has always made sure everything was good and told us to call him if we ever had any issues. The staff is also very nice and friendly. My kids enjoy coming to the dentist. They love the train that drives around the whole office. I've recommended him to a lot of my friends and family. I love this office! All of the staff is very helpful and Dr. Nunnally is OUTSTANDING. He always offers me all possible options and involves me in the decision making. I have never felt pressure to have a more expensive procedure if it was not necessary and that is a pleasant change from previous dental offices. I highly recommend this office. read more

I stumbled on this place a few years ago when I was looking for a new dentist. I tried a few dentists before I decided that Dr. Charles Nunnally was the one. He is very friendly and all of the people he has in the office are always helpful no matter what it is you might need. The great thing is this place always looks immaculate and the theme would make you think it was meant for kids but it just adds to greatness of this place. The great thing is they are open on Saturdays so its very convenient for me with work. Dr. Nunnally is always friendly and seems to remember my name and overall seems to be greatly concerned about his clients. I think this is probably the best dentist I have seen bar none. I remember as a kid being at times hurried in and out of their offices it could have been that I was a pain in the arse but that's another story in itself. I greatly appreciate the fact that I can present them with my insurance and they always can take care of it without me having to hear back from my insurance that something was incorrect and I need to verify certain charges. I am so pleased to find another business that I can actually write a GOOD review for as most of mine are unfortunately negative reviews. I visited Dental Depot yesterday for the 1st time and I'm here to say that it was THE best experience I've ever had in my life at a dentist office from start to finish. Now to give some context, I've had dentists in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and also while in the Navy. I have been completely dissatisfied with my last several dentist visits in California, Vegas, and Alabama. This place was awesome. It was a clean environment with seemed to be new and modern technology. Unlike most any kind of medical/dental office when you make an appointment you still wait till way after your appointment time to actually be seen...this place was spot on. My appointment was for 3:00 and by 3:10 I was already being x-rayed. My dental assistants were phenomenal as well. One spoke to me freely and like I would like to be spoken to instead of fake or polished which rakes me nerves. I explained that I had been to 3-4 different dentists in different states over the last 2 years about a back tooth I needed extracted only to get the run-around and that I would need to be referred to an oral surgeon. Then you go pay an office visit for an oral surgeon only to be told you need to pay him $750 to $1200 to extract which I always refused to do. I explained this to Dr Kevin Piazza when he came in to consult with me. After checking the x-rays and examining he told me he was going to help me and extract the tooth for me. He left the room to go work up a plan moving forward and I assumed he would come back to set up a future date for the extraction. While he was gone the dental assistant said she was going to do some tarter removal while we waited which was unexpected and amazing of her. I was thrilled when Dr. Piazza came back and said he was going to numb me up and do the extraction right then! I was blown away by this outstanding customer service. I felt bad for him as he began the process of extraction because the tooth was in the back, already broken, and left him very little to work with in terms of having something to clamp onto to get it out. He literally worked on this well over an hour tirelessly and finally brought in Dr. Nunnally to help him get my tooth out. Dr. Nunnally was also great. He was able to finish it up and send me on way very pleased and amazed at this experience. This place and staff should give teaching clinics on how to run and operate as well as treat people because once again this was hands down the best experience I've ever had at ANY medical office of any kind. Thanks again to ALL the staff there. They were all amazing and I look forward to my follow up visit. I HIGHLY recommend this Dental Office to ANYONE and everyone! read more
