The crown virtually disappeared as far as any sensation could be detected and it's immediately a fit in my mouth in every respect. Great office, nice environment, good location. You can tell they are extremely sales oriented. Got composite bonding done by one of the doctors 4 months ago for close to $1600. Went back to get one tooth fixed then was told by another doctor I need to get veneers for $6000. Not only was I told to now get veneers, but also needed to have my wisdom tooth removed (plenty of room in my mouth for it), teeth whitened, night guard, etc added to everything else. I was very pleased with the first doctor, now it's all about making money and not about the client. Won't be back. Also didn't get the tooth fixed. read more

I was on the search for a new dentist in my area to get the regular cleaning and check up and possibly get consultation for getting Invisalign. I talked with Lindsay (reception) before coming in about insurance and availability, etc. She was very patient with me and was super friendly! When I came in for my appointment due to covid I received a text to stay in my car and enter when called, which was not a long wait at all! The hygienist did the cleaning and x-rays and she was nice and personable and answered all my questions. The dentist came in after and did screenings to get prints of my teeth in order to show me what my before and after would be with Invisalign. As a person who absolutely hates going to the dentist, I really enjoyed my experience here and felt comfortable and felt all my questions and concerns were appropriately tended to. read more

I can't quite remember how I found this office but luck was on my side. Over-brushing my teeth for five minutes once a day was apparently not a sufficient alternative to regular dental visits and proper flossing. An intervention-worthy addiction to sweets working in tandem with an aversion to the cost of dental work has created a mouth full of teeth that are at best average by smile but at worst a war torn wasteland under careful examination. It's all fun and games until an absolutely gorgeous dental hygienist puts a high-definition camera in your mouth and projects an image on a flat screen showing what can only be described as a nightmarish hellscape of dental neglect. Trolly Gummy worms and Snickers before bed for the last 30 years of my life were not a good idea. I felt like apologizing to everyone in the office for subjecting them to nightmare fuel of my premolars and incisors. Despite the abysmal state of my mouth, the dentist and hygienist were extremely gentle in their assessment. They explained the roadmap ahead for what needed to be done and the steps they would need to take to undue the tragedy of my teeth clearly and comprehensively. They were EXTREMELY thorough and concise and answered and addressed all of my concerns as if I had any right to speak considering the crimes against my canines. Contacting law enforcement, a priest, or asking for my mother's contact info so they could relay what a disappoint I had become due to the state of my teeth would have been a completely reasonable response to my visit; however they were professional and kind. Though it won't be in the realm of cheap, the cost after my insurance which they happily accepted was completely justifiable to get my mouth back on track. I was expecting the DDS to put his whole foot in my A-S-S financially but this was thankfully not the outcome. A lot of people don't look forward to going to the dentist but they were so professional and precise and engaged I'm already experiencing an existential crisis at the thought of ever having to visit any other office but theirs. The staff from the front of the office to my actual dentist were top notch in service and professionalism. Just got here. No, see look at you loosing focus already and you're still scrolling. We just had our annual cleanings and it was pleasant as always. Dr. Countryman and Dr. Reddy are hands-on dentists and they do the cleanings themselves. Both take great time and care to discuss any issues or things to watch. As someone with a mouthful of fillings and crowns this personal touch is important. Now my daughter is looking at braces Dr. Reddy was very gentle (and understanding) of her apprehensive nature in the dentist chair. I'm pleased to post a "happy kid" photo from last week. They also accommodated us the day after Christmas for our billing cycle, and referred us to an orthodontist to get the ball rolling on braces/Invisalign. First, let me start by saying I did not have a good experience with my last dentist. Long story short, I looked for a new one and chose Dr. Reddy. He and his staff where very welcoming and answered all of my questions. 10/10 When I went to my appointment the paperwork was very quick. I just filled out a few papers; it took no time at all, and went straight back for my exam. The staff was awesome! They were nice and chill, and Dr. Reddy was very thorough and attentive. He explained what he saw in my exam and clearly laid out his treatment plan. He is even working with my orthodontist so they can coordinate treatment plans - which is huge! Very happy with The Dental Method. I've had one crown completed and several cleanings. All goes well here; most importantly, the staff is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had no problems with the crown I've received and have experienced no pain afterwards. They are gentle during all the procedures and I'm always a little nervous and they've been great! I would recommend them. They do explain dental issues I may have and go into detail, much appreciated. They also contact my insurance ahead of time so there's no surprises with the cost. They are on Lover's Lane at the tollway, but they do have underground parking garage, so it works out just fine. There's also reserved parking for their business right in front of their office. If you prefer the parking garage there's a big sign showing you where to turn in. read more

Came to west lovers dental for my cleaning appointment and I have to say it was one of the best dental appointments I've had when let's be honest it sucks going to the dentist! I was greeted right when I walked in by the front desk staff and immediately offered a water. My waiting time was minimal to none to see the doctor who actually did my cleaning! Dr. Countryman was very professional and did a great job cleaning my teeth with no pain! He explained everything that was going on and some spots to watch out for without being pushy like some other dentists I've been too. Also, the office is very nicely designed and even has some DVDs to watch while getting your treatment! I'm planning to get braces done in the near future and he told me they're going to be bringing in orthodontist to the office soon, so it'll be a one stop shop to get everything done! I had an accident which did significant damage to my two front teeth and had to have an implant for one. Another dentist did my implant, but it was never right and it leaned at an improper angle. After suffering with a horrible ugly crown for years, the implant came lose and I went to Dr Countryman to get some relief. He not only replaced the implant PROPERLY; but he also fixed the crown, as well as the tooth next to it and I could finally smile again! I was nervous about going to the dentist, since I haven't been to a dentist in over ten years and it wasn't a great experience. But Laura Lee and Hilary were really great in helping me feel comfortable and welcome. As soon as I walked in the receptionist greeted me by name. I really liked how clean and stylish the office was and that I could listen to music while I was getting my teeth cared for. I did have to come out of pocket a little bit for a filling but it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Dr. Reddy was also really great and explained everything thouroughly.
