Dr. Stewart was nice and caring however the wait to be seen for any visit often was 30+ minutes. This was consistent over the past 2-3 years that I've been going with her. On the initial visit she noted that I had 8 cavities to take care of which was unusual as I regularly go to the dentist every 6 months and have done so since childhood. I declined and found another dentist who then did imaging and found that I did NOT need all that work. I'm not a fan. read more

Dr. Stewart is the best dentist in Dallas! The whole office is great work with including receptionist, hygienist, and dental assistant. Dr. Stewart and her team are all very skilled, always pleasant, and efficient, though you never feel like they are rushing. And you won't feel rushed! My dad, 93, and I recently transferred to Dr. Stewart and Dr. Sauerwein after the dentist we had been seeing for 15 years or so had to leave his practice. The experience has been delightful. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and we are always taken back into an exam room promptly. The dentists and hygienists fully explain things and ask questions that tell me they are quite thorough. My dad has troubles with his dentures, and Dr. Sauerwein has always been able to see him on short notice and inexpensively. B oth dentists are extraordinarily friendly and kind. Dr. Stewart recently referred me to an outstanding oral surgeon, for which I am most grateful. I assume that they are able to keep their costs reasonable because of the, shall we say, unassuming, shopping center they're located in, but the inside of the office looks great, although the chairs in the lobby are way too low to be comfortable. However, I've never had to sit in them long. I can't recommend this practice more enthusiastically. read more

Wanted to love this dentist but "buyer beware." Was charged over $1200 for an impromptu" I can fix that today" non-emergency appointment. Went into Dr. Stewart to get a few small chips evaluated on my son's teeth. She fixed that same day with no estimate and I paid when I left a "reasonable amount" thinking all was paid. Later I received a bill for over $800 additional. So I paid roughly $400 a tooth (and a month later they chipped again.). Had I been given an estimate in advance, I would have passed but figured she would be in line with other dentists who charge 1/3 of that and provide a written estimate. Additionally did an optional teeth cleaning later and was way overcharged for that, too. Just not worth paying 3 times a regular dentist for a modern looking office space. No thank you. Not a good fit for our family. read more

I have been her patient for 2 years and glad I switched from my previous dentist. The office is so clean and beautifully designed. I feel very safe and well taken care of. I've always found the staff very professional, constantly making sure I am comfortable and making sure I understand everything going on. I had just moved and was looking for a dentist. I was referred here by my endodontist and was worried since this place was newer and I couldn't find any reviews online. I ended up having my crown put on here after my root canal. I just had a temporary crown put on and am going back in a few weeks to get a permenant one done! So far I really like them and the office. Dr Hefton was super nice and walked me through everything. I'm also going to go back for a general check up and will review again when I have all my dental needs finished! read more
