First time with my 2 boys. The office staff were very nice and approachable. The assistant that cleaned my boys teeth was very rushed and left the area several times leaving my son to hold the liquid sucker instrument. The doctor was nice but she too acted in a hurry.. I went in Saturday for a wisdom tooth extraction. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth out. The first 3 were a breeze and did not take any time. The last tooth was sitting on my jaw bone and took well over an hour to extract. I was not giving an option for anesthesia or laughing gas. The dentist had me sitting in a chair over an hour after the first 3 were extracted waiting for the numbing shot to work for my last tooth. After 3 failed attempts they finally got it out on the 4th try. In between extractions while waiting for the medicine, the doctor was in and out helping other patients. My bloody teeth and bloody tools were on a table next to me. Nothing was cleaned, sanitized or anything. It was completely disgusting. The doctor assured me if I was having any pain to call on Monday and I would be "taken care of." All I was given for pain was ibuprofen 800. I called this morning to see if they could give me anything stronger and I was prescribed tylenol. This place is an absolute joke and I would never recommend them to anyone. I am completely dissatisfied and will not return. read more

A Dental Experience does not get any worse than the one i received here! I went in with a very strong toothache, after taking tons of xray's on teeth that were not the issue, they told me I had other problems and wanted to give me an appraisal to fix it all. I kindly suggested they work on the problematic tooth, and I was instructed I could have a Root Canal or an Extraction. I chose the more expensive and torturous route to do the root canal and save my tooth. After 2 hrs of drilling, grinding, smack, hitting, slamming my mouth and face in like a Nascar tire and the assistant runny her mouth non stop while prying on my bloody lips because she cant tell she is using my lip as a prying surface, they finally say they did not have the competency to get the job done and I would have to see a specialist. Which is what they should have sent me to, to begin with, but they surely wanted a chance at my money at my expense and pain. The Dr. gave me a antibiotic script and a number to call for a specialist, however they had just closed at 430pm and it was 440pm when i was released. The specialist was not open, so I took my script to my local pharmacy only to find out that the Dr. Dental Dimento did not prescribe a dosage so they could not fill it. Fast forward to 730-8pm, numbness wore off my jaw and mouth and this excruciating pain entered my nightly equation, nothing I had on hand could get me any relief, I literally sat Indian style with my head buried for almost 7 hrs until the pain and tiredness overcame me and I passed out. After 2 hrs of sleep I awake to a dizziness, hot flashes, and a 102 fever. Sweat was pouring off me as I tried to carry myself to the cold shower. I made my way to get dressed after the shower and sped off to the closest emergency room 50 miles away. They took me in gave me some antibiotics and pain meds to suffice till I get to the Specialist. It was in fact the worst night Ive ever had, and I did 7 tours of duty to war zones.. It is a nice presentable place, that is clean, but one thing is for sure, they don't CARE!! If you need anything other than a basic cleaning run for your life!! read more

My family had the best experience at Dental Depot. They really have a warm and happy environment for kids. It was my son's first dentist appointment and he was immediately excited by the train outside and the trains in the waiting room. Nothing about this office says sterile, scary dentist office. The staff was so friendly and comforting and I like how they talked directly to my kid. Milo the monkey is an awesome stuffed animal and tool to get the kids interested. I need one at home! They let my son hold him and brush his teeth and use other dentist tools on him. My son needed a cleaning and was a champ! I believe it is all because of the environment and staff. He actually can't wait to go back. Tip: book your appointment as soon as you can. The weekends and afternoon appointments get booked up for months. We ended up having to go at 8am, which actually worked well for us and we were in and out in about 35 minutes. read more

I had and am still having a very bad experience with dental depot. I went in to have a crown put on a tooth in December. I was sent to have a root canal Retreated at a specialist. Then I went back in April to get crown put on. I am terrified of dentist and they knew this. When I went in dr Melissa Jackson couldn't get me numb at all, I felt most of all of what she was doing and said she exhausted all her resources to get me numb. She then said I needed to have another tooth in front of it pulled and said I needed to have a bridge done. She couldn't get it pulled out I was terrified and she laughed. Shen finally got it out and then had me come back to make a temporary bridge. When I went back they made it and put it in I told them it felt loose. It fell out May 13. I called May 14 to go in and get out back on cause it was hurting. Dr Melissa Jackson then said she needed to numb me and cut/burn gums cause they were over the bridge. And she started to put new bridge on and said it didn't fit and they would need to do another one at no charge. I got nervous and once again she wasn't very pleasant. I then said I felt like a Guinne pig. She got very upset and said I could be done and have a refund. I said yes I am done and want a refund. She put the temp bridge back on and left Rudley and I never saw her again. I was crying and they didn't seem to care at all. I was told by the manager that day it would take up to 3 weeks. I have called every week and have been told something different or told they would call me back and have not heard from them at all. I have talked to Kim and Carolina no help or return calls. May 28 the temp bridge fell out again and broke. I called today may 29 and was told manager busy and would call me back. I told her the temp bridge fell out and broke in half yesterday and it is hurting. I said I need my money back so I can go to another dentist to get this fixed. They have never called me back. I have even asked for owner number they just told me dr ashmore and I would have to go through them. I need the money I have paid back now and they have not helped at all. So I guess I need to figure out my next step with this issue to get my money back. I will never go back to them nor recommend them to anyone. read more

Don't be fooled by the trains, he is NOT for kids. You are the voice for your child, please go to a pediatric dentist! I was told for over a year my child had a "watch cavity" only to find out - when the decay chipped the tooth- that Dr. Salayta never took an X-ray or attempted to fill while small. Been waiting for 1 year on the "insurance girl" to call me back about if my insurance will pay or not to schedule an implant. I'm pretty sure at this point they blew me off, even though I was ready to pay cash. That's no way to run a business. Just don't go there or you will regret it.
