Developed a toothache and they were able to get me in right away so I went with them. 2 weeks 2 appointments and 500 dollars later they haven't done any work on my tooth and scheduled the work on it for another 4 weeks out. I'm just supposed to deal with any pain with Tylenol and Motrin until then. Been to the emergency room twice as they are closed for the next week and denied me anything for the pain. 2500 dollars for dental visits and er room visits and I'm still fighting a tooth ache. Also they were way more worried about if I had sleep apnea symptoms than my tooth ache. I even tried pulling the tooth myself in desperation but no luck. I don't understand why they even agree to see you for a toothache in they are not going to actually address the problem for 6 weeks. Greed taking advantage of suffering Edit: just be aware this is a business dentist not a Dr. Dentist. He will get you in right away but he uses antibiotics to treat the pain so he can stretch your toothache out for 5 weeks and two more office visits instead of just taking care of it. A Dr. dentist if you need it extracted or root canal they will do it on the spot. A Business dentist will see you but won't do anything in that visit but reschedule more office visits. Choose wisely.

Unfortunately, I was so nervous that names didn't stick, but she patiently answered all of my questions, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and helped keep me calm throughout the process. When Dr. Miller came in, I was still very anxious. I had seen some reviews mentioning that he wasn't particularly bubbly, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, my experience was completely positive. He recognized how nervous I was and was both respectful and understanding. He gave me the option to either walk through the entire procedure or simply get started so I could get it over with--whatever made me most comfortable. Before the anesthesia, we had a brief conversation, and then he reassured me that he was about to give me the medication I had been waiting for so I could finally relax. The care I received truly changed my perspective. Every member of the team treated me with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. I had nine teeth removed, and as I write this the day after surgery, I have virtually no pain--just a little expected discomfort. If I ever need oral surgery again, Siouxland Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery will absolutely be my first choice.
