Developed a toothache and they were able to get me in right away so I went with them. 2 weeks 2 appointments and 500 dollars later they haven't done any work on my tooth and scheduled the work on it for another 4 weeks out. I'm just supposed to deal with any pain with Tylenol and Motrin until then. Been to the emergency room twice as they are closed for the next week and denied me anything for the pain. 2500 dollars for dental visits and er room visits and I'm still fighting a tooth ache. Also they were way more worried about if I had sleep apnea symptoms than my tooth ache. I even tried pulling the tooth myself in desperation but no luck. I don't understand why they even agree to see you for a toothache in they are not going to actually address the problem for 6 weeks. Greed taking advantage of suffering Edit: just be aware this is a business dentist not a Dr. Dentist. He will get you in right away but he uses antibiotics to treat the pain so he can stretch your toothache out for 5 weeks and two more office visits instead of just taking care of it. A Dr. dentist if you need it extracted or root canal they will do it on the spot. A Business dentist will see you but won't do anything in that visit but reschedule more office visits. Choose wisely.

The office is clean and welcoming and the staff is professional and friendly. I was particularly impressed by the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Tara. Came across an issue could no longer ignore and looked up dentists in the area, made an appointment for the next day. Was amazed how simple and easy they made the insurance. In 6 + years with company hadn't used insurance. Work remote, travel construction away from the corporate office and HR. Looked up my benefits on our system, printed off a screen shot of what it showed for me. Took this into my appointment. The lady at the front desk took the screen shot I printed off and said "i'll fill all this out for you. Go ahead and take a seat." Less than 10 minutes later I was getting Xrays. They really made me feel at ease. From going over the Xrays and explaining my options and outcomes of each. Was quick and painless. Were really friendly and there to answer any questions. When done left me with a prescription to avoid infection. And instructions on what I should do to ensure the best recovery. Went over in detail what I should do to ensure recovery. They got a quote on the spot from my insurance to see if I was eligible for X-rays before they took the X-rays. I only say this because I was not given this option at my previous dentist (whom shall remain nameless) which was a disappointment.
