After paying for the entire process in advance, I made the appointment to have the implant. After Dr. Moisa finished putting the post in I asked him how I would know if my body was rejecting it. His answer was, "Oh, you'll know!" and he walked out of the room. On November 5, 2017 the post pushed its way through my gum. I guess Dr. Mosia was wrong because I didn't know I was rejecting it until I held it in my hand. I went to my appointment for the abutment and showed the person, I don't know what her position was but she wasn't a doctor, the post. She took an x-ray, checked to see if the tooth next to where the implant was was loose and then told me she couldn't help me and that I needed to make an appointment at your Fort Lee location. She called the other office and made the appointment for November 14, 2017 at 4:30pm and gave me the appointment card. After being in traffic and traveling almost an hour, I called to find out if there was a parking lot at the office or if I needed to find a spot on the street and I was told my appointment was for 4:00pm and the doctor had left. This has been the MOST unprofessional experience I have ever had! From the beginning with the half-assed answer from Dr. Moisa to a very legitimate question, then going to my abutment appointment and no doctor being there, then traveling to Fort Lee and with them knowing I have an appointment and the doctor leaving without calling me to even see if I was on my way, to no follow up with me at all, knowing you never completed the implant. I've been trying to get my money back from them for a year and a half. This has been a nightmare!! Don't use them!!

I was greeted when I came in and waited just a few minutes before I was taken for my treatment. The dentist chair was a bit dated but it didn't matter at all, they made me very comfortable and even placed a small pillow under my neck for much needed support. The doctor was very professional and explained what issues I had and what she will be doing. I have visited many dentists in the past but This was the first time I didn't feel any pain while receiving the shot and during the three fillings she needed to fix. The treatment ended with a smile from the doctor and her assistant. I highly recommend this dentist office, you would be pleasantly surprised.

I began my implant process a year ago (November…read more2024) and confirmed with them that they would do the final step -- placing the crown -- after my oral surgeon finished. They assured me it would be fully covered by insurance since they're in-network, and my insurance confirmed this as well. When the time came to place the crown, iSmile said I'd owe $400 for a "custom" process. My insurance told me that the full crown is covered and that the extra charge was unnecessary. When I called back, iSmile said they wouldn't do my crown because the insurance doesn't pay them "enough." It's unacceptable for an in-network provider to refuse to finish treatment after assuring full coverage. After a year-long process, I'm left with a screw in my mouth and no resolution. I told them they were losing three patients, and the office lady's only response was, "ok."
