It made me feel very safe while I was in their care. They were genuinely so kind in the process and for someone who had bad dentist experiences as a kid, I was super grateful for that! The financial office greed exceeds common courtesy financial practices. Warwick requires advance payment for all procedures without being provided an estimate of what insurance would or would not cover, and we are never given an itemized statement. After we receive an EOB from our insurance company, we are eventually given a refund, but that doesn't excuse this practice. It is, in fact, an insult.
