Dr Karim and her dental assistant were amazing. Checked in with me to make sure I was alright, super transparent about what's about to happen, what needs to happen, and what was going on. It made me feel very safe while I was in their care. They were genuinely so kind in the process and for someone who had bad dentist experiences as a kid, I was super grateful for that! They have a TV in the room, blankets, headphones, etc to make you feel more comfortable too. Everyone and everything from the front desk to the check out process was great. However, I was considered a cash patient even with eligible insurance and made to pay extremely high visit bills then my insurance outrageously billed for far more than the stated estimate. The temporaries that I was left with did not fit and caused extreme pain and bleeding after surgery, couldn't be worn and were never corrected so I've been over a year without any teeth after paying $1500 alone for my temporaries and at risk of having to pay more for a pair that fit. At the end of a very frustrating journey which started of as ok as you might hope for a dental procedure like that, I was charged almost $2000 more than the high bill I was left with and been unable to eat and left toothless - the worst fear anyone facing this has - and unable to afford at least full dentures now due to being "bled" for all the money I had for this procedure. I don't know how they've been in business for as long as they have but I would NEVER, EVER recommend them to anyone I care about.

I called Dr. Beasley's office and told them about the issue I was experiencing, they scheduled me an appointment that next day! The clinic was so nice, clean and well organized - I was so impressed! I was even more impressed with the service I received from the receptionist, dental assistant and especially Dr. Justin Beasley. He is so pleasant to speak with, he definitely calmed me down about my situation. He examined my tooth then got to work - about 30 minutes later my tooth was fixed and the pain was gone!
