Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were accommodating to my schedule needs. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Fortenberry was extremely nice and thorough during the exam. The staff here made me feel like a person, not just another set of teeth. I would highly recommend their office to others looking for a dentist. Their office is quaint and clean, tucked away in a strip mall off of NW Expressway.

Hollea cleaned my teeth a week ago and I found out I had to have a filling replaced way at the back on top and I did not look forward to it. In fact I've been stressing about it. Let me tell you that I did not suffer any pain or discomfort from any of it. It was over so quickly and Dr. Z was very patient with me because I tend to be terrified of dentists but I highly recommend Dr. Z and Diamond and Hollea!!!!

My son and I both had appointments for today scheduled a month in advance. As you should know most dentist if not all in Oklahoma City, will not be open on weekends or they just don't do major work, might pull x-rays or cleanings but light work only. My job is very demanding and I'm with the union so we don't get paid days off or holidays. So here at "North May Family Dental" if you don't "confirm" your appointment they give it away. I called them MULTIPLE TIMES, no answer, my son and I come in and we both need some cavity work or whatever, they tell me someone is already in the chair, mind you I'm early. Our appointment was at 9 am so how is it 8:50 and someone already taken the appointment. I will never use this place of business or recommend it to anyone. What kind of business gives your scheduled appointment away because you can't answer the phone at work to "confirm" and you call them back but they don't answer. That's ridiculous. I'm a full time father, no one is helping me take care of my bills but do they care no, just try to reschedule you a month out NO I don't think so, I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else.

From the moment I in the x-ray scan area to the dentist chair for the overall clean & checkup to the check out of my visit, I felt safe and cared for by a very loving staff! NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!…read more All they think about is your money. NEVER EVER let Dr. Han work on your teeth. She is a liar. She wanted to extract my tooth which had healthy roots and put a bridge on three of my teeth costing me more than $3000. Another clinic did a core build up, put a crown and saved my tooth for at least 20 more years. Extracting a tooth is the worst decision in your life and it should not be extracted if it has healthy roots. Never let these money motivated doctors take your money and ruin your mouth. They wanted to take out my entire tooth which didn't have any pain at all. It was just broken and needed a crown!

On July 3rd I was seen by Dr. Patrick for a routine cleaning at 20 weeks pregnant. A small cavity…read morewas found and a filling was offered. I agreed to the filling and was seen same day. During my filling my mouth was cut twice and I was told there could be some swelling after but it would heal without stitches. I was sore after once the numbing wore off but thought nothing of it however it only got worse over the weekend and by the 6th I was in excruciating pain so I went to urgent care. Urgent care immediately referred me to the emergency room due to an aggressive infection stemming from the filling. I ended up having an overnight stay with close monitoring to make sure both my baby and I were safe. I had left a massage with the office over the weekend and they called while I was still hospitalized. Dr. Patrick looked at it after the hospital stay and stated the infection should have been impossible as it was a small cavity and there were no signs of infection from the x rays taken that day. They asked what they could do to make it right, I requested the medical bills be covered as this was due to the filling completed in their office. I sent over medical documents as requested and they turned around and stated they would cover nothing. I walked in healthy and left with an aggressive infection that could have killed both my daughter and I yet they refuse to take accountability and I am forced to bear the financial burden for their mistakes. ***To get a comment back about how they care about providing the best experience to their patients is a slap in the face after the experience their office caused. There is no care to be found since they can hide behind the threshold of what attorneys will take. My daughter and I became a reasonable risk to assume since recourse is limited

They also have a computer screen in front of you to show you x-rays and other information and images they are looking at and can explain.
