My insurance for Medicaid assigned me here. I've been avoiding coming to the dentist and felt like this one wouldn't be good.. making an appt was very easy online. Paperwork link was simple. Front desk staff was kind. Waiting room is really nice and the office is way better than I expected. The areas you get work in even had tvs it felt fancy. The lady who helped with my x rays and cleaning was awesome. The dentist who helped me was great. Everyone was in a great mood and was very kind and pretty. lol. They did a great analysis of my mouth and set me up to get work done. Everyone explained everything well too. I'm taking my daughter here next week for her first appt. So I will update my review on how my toddler does. read more

Worst dental experience ever. He caused way more dental problems than he fixed. I now have two broken teeth due to crowns that he placed. if I were a litigious type of person I would definitely sue him to at least have him pay to fix the problems that he caused. Rampant incompetence! Poor hygiene! Incompetent techs are allowed to attempt complex procedures that they obviously have little or no training to complete correctly or safely. In regards to partial dentures: They've performed 3D scans three times with each procedure taking almost an hour. Not normal. I've had this same procedure completed at other dentists in the past and it only took about 5-15 minutes. Physical impressions have been done three times and each time it has been done incorrectly resulting in dental appliances that don't fit correctly. Handled me very roughly resulting in a cut in the corner of my mouth caused by using impression trays that were much too large for my mouth. The last time I had impressions done after another ill-fitting appliance the material for preliminary impressions was all over my shirt, the dental chair, the floor, etc. Just an unprofessional mess. I watched techs leave the room wearing gloves that they had on while working on me and return to the room wearing the same gloves without changing them. It was obvious they hadn't changed because they still had the material used for making impressions on them. Also the techs argued amongst themselves about the correct method and material to use for the impressions. One of the techs was so rough that the side of my mouth was split, resulting in an injury that took almost three weeks to heal. This visit on 10/27/2025 was over two hours. On (11/13/2025), once again, they texted me asking me to come in for more scans and impressions requested by the lab. I declined to do so. They also had me sign something that said the partials were acceptable the last time I was there on 10/7/2025 and assured me that the next set would be correct. I shouldn't have signed but was pressured by a tech. Also a simple filling was poorly done. There were chunks of composite material that were not smoothed and numerous times during the filling procedure I choked on whatever they were using. I will not be going back to that office for any procedures. I've also requested my dental records and that request was ignored. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Oklahoma Dental Association and may pursue litigation. read more

I wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I took my kids and I. As most of the other reviews have read I have gone here for about 2 years and the first appointment was fine, the staff was nice and made me comfortable. However as the appointments continued the quality of work and the staffs kind demeanor faded. I had about 4 fillings done about 9 months ago and when they got done I noticed there was quite a large divot in my front tooth where I assume the drill the dentist was finishing my teeth with went too deep and created a hole. I told Dr. Reyes about this and she told me she would sand it and it should be fine. She did and I wasn't impressed because she didn't add any composite to make the tooth level only sanded it taking more away from the tooth. She also seemed annoyed and like this was a waste of her time and so I just left it and thought next time I have fillings done it could be fixed. Fast forward the December 2025 we went in for cleanings and I told them I didn't have any pain but was concerned with the divot. The dental assistant said she would have the doctor look at it. The doctor came in told me that the hole caused a cavity and it would now have to be filled. She told me and quite rudely that my insurance only covers fillings on a tooth once every 24 months and I would have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. When I asked her how much that would cost she got annoyed and told me they (the staff) would get a treatment plan. She told me she was going to "adjust" my teeth and ran a sander over all my teeth without ever being asked or asking for permission. My son and I were essentially held in our chairs for the better part of 30 mins with no one in there. We were then shuttled to the office manger for our treatment plans since our insurance wouldn't covered any of the work they said we needed on teeth they had just filled 9 months ago. I was told by the office manager I think Leslie, that I had to pay $67 for my filling today. I said I didn't prepare to have to pay for any work today, to which she all but shouted at me, "You were told you have to pay upfront for this service back there!" I then said to her, "Why would I prepay for work that wasn't done?" And she then shouted at the staff, "Did we not do a filling today?!" To which they replied, "no." and she shouted back, "Well why was this checked off?" I couldn't believe that it felt like I was in the middle of Jerry Springer episode at the dentist. She then said, "Well okay you don't have to pay this today but here's how much your treatment plans breakdowns, do you want to schedule them now?" I said no not right now I don't have that type of extra money right now. She then said, "Well do you not want to schedule for a least your filling because it doesn't cost much?" To which I replied, "No thank you." Honestly it could have cost $2 and I would have not came back. I was treated horribly by the manager and Dr. Reyes. I had this gut feeling that the information they were giving me about my insurance wasn't totally correct. I went home and looked at sooner-care's rules. They were right about 24 months but failed to mentioned that they were to getting approval from soonercare and the filling could be covered. They wanted the cash and from everything that I have read that is illegal when you have soonercare. Fast forward to 3 days after leaving the dentist for my "cleaning and adjustment", I have had a filling fall out on my bottom canine tooth which the just told me had no cavities, and now have a loose filling on the backside of my front teeth. Her adjustment was a ploy to make my fillings loose and uneven to bring me back. This dental office is the equivalent of a lemon car dealership that roles back odometers. My kids and I will not be back and I will be contacting sooner care to confirm the validity of the claims the Doctor and office manager asserted by the out of pocket payment and skipping over approvals with sooner care. Please don't go here!! Oh and also I have a webbing that connects my lip to my upper mouth and the doctor tore a part being so rough, I was crying during my "adjustment". read more

The dentist Reyes was an absolute NIGHTMARE and started pulling my teeth before I was numb. I was telling her and she kept saying 'it's just pressure'. I was sobbing in the chair and trying to push her away. It was NOT just pressure. AND, then I got a bill for more than $300 after the fact when they assured me my insurance would cover it all. I went here for a couple years/many visits. The offices are nice, well laid out. I never shook the feeling that the dentist was always trying to sell me something. One visit was whitening. The next was mouth guards. One visit the permanent retainer is fine. The next they recommend to take it out. On the same visit both "you have no cavities, looks great" and "you need a filling". Finally just went to another dentist to confirm my suspicions, no filling needed, no cavities. They're nice here, they seem to do good work, but they will absolutely do anything possible to invent issues or sell you more things. read more

I went in for a dental emergency. I have been in extreme pain for over 24 hours. Unable to sleep, drink, eat or talk. I felt the dentist that came in made me first feel badly that I was young and need the dental work I do. Then I was told to take antibiotics and some ibuprofen. Apparently the dentist I saw has never had tooth pain. I'm very disappointed in the way I was made to feel like I did something wrong because of my HEREDITARY tooth issues. Started out an 8:30 AM Monday morning appointment at Redbud. Arrived in the lobby a few minutes prior to my appointment and found no one seated at the front counter, only a second patient, who informed me he had been waiting for 20 minutes. At approximately 8:45, staff began emerging from the back and made their morning coffee and discussed how their weekend had gone amongst themselves. Myself and the other patient continued to sit patiently, wondering if any staff member was going to ask us who we were, if they could help us, or why we're present in the front lobby of their business establishment. It was the oddest experience to be ignored, until someone finally emerged from the back and called my name - which happened to be the same name as the gentlemen I was waiting with. It turned out, I was called back first, but since the older gentlemen was waiting before me, I offered that he go first, out of courtesy - this turned out to be a mistake......Immediately, a woman emerged from the front counter, Karen I believe, and began berating me across the lobby. She informed me that I was not in charge of patient scheduling and had no knowledge on the complexities and innerworkings of dental appointments, patient selection, teeth cleaning arrangements with dental hygienists - as opposed to in-treatment doctor care - it was like being in the Twilight Zone. How did I start a Monday morning off with an early morning dental appointment, which has now led to me being lectured and screamed at by Karen at Redbud Dental? After debating on whether to ask Karen if she spelled her name with a "K" or a "C," I decided to walk out of the business, thereby denying the staff the ability to stick sharp pointy things in my mouth while yelling at me. It wasn't until I left and complained to my wife that I learned that Redbud previously overcharged us on previous work due to their inability to properly file dental insurance. Be very careful if you plan to use Abhinav Bhatnagar DMD, esp. implants/dentures! Also watch any insurance benefits you may have, esp. if you prepay. I went to him for 2 bottom implants and upper/lower dentures. I was required to prepay the total costs ($9,400). I obtained a loan, which I'll be paying for years! Long story short he billed my ins. co., without my knowledge, for exact same services I had prepaid, then KEPT ALL my benefits ($3,385)! I am now having to spend time and effort filing complaints to have the benefits returned to me, as he refuses! After 1 full year, I still had no upper/lower dentures. He wasn't able to make an upper denture that fit (hadn't started bottom). I had to go elsewhere and had complete set within 3 days! I felt he didn't have the knowledge or expertise needed when it comes to implants/dentures! He was charming prior to prepaying and then wouldn't return phone calls for days, sometimes weeks. He also became very rude, arrogant and deceitful. read more

I read the reviews but decided to go because they claimed to be open after 5:00 but they never schedule anything that late when they do they complain. I was lied to much like the others that wrote reviews here. My child, my wife, and I all went here for care. We paid co pays and cash for everything the insurance didn't cover. We didn't like the service so we decided to go elsewhere. Six months later we got a notice that we had unpaid bills. They had over charged my wife and charged my son for work they didn't do. We sent the bill to another Dental group and contacted the insurance company both told us that Redbud was over billing! Redbud after "reviewing" the bill retracted it. Now another 6 months has gone by, I received a letter from the insurance saying that Redbud over charged them and that we should contact them. I just received a bill for $650 for work they did to me a year ago. Magically they keep finding reasons to try to bill people! They will bill you and your insurance to the max and just wait til those random bills arrive! read more

The way the handle insurance and any issues or miscommunication between the two providers is poor. They didn't send all the appropriate documentation and so the claim was denied and it was a mess. If they had just done it right the first time it wouldn't have given us all that trouble. Once the appointment started though it went well. My hygienist, who specializes in gum treatment, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She made the experience worth it, seeing as I was very bristled at the front desk. Like the other reviewers, I too had billing issues with RedBud. However, my situation was I had no insurance so I purchased the insurance Redbud provided. And if I paid the procedure total in advance I'd get a 5% discount. So I always paid in advance. On one occasion the billing person made an error in my favor (unbeknownst to me and she did get fired) that was caught after 1/2 the work was completed. There were 4 separate appointments to complete that particular treatment plan. It was on the 3rd appointment the error was caught. The problem is, I would not have agreed to the work if I'd known how expensive it was. So we made a not so friendly settlement agreement and I went on my way to a different dentist after the 3rd appointment. For 2 1/2 years I continued to have problems (pain, sensitivity, inflammation of the gum) from the last crown that was done during that not so friendly settlement day. I then had to have exploratory oral surgery and it was discovered that impression material was left in the tooth that was crowned. (See pictures)This was causing the ongoing infection in my mouth. I was diagnosed with gingivitis and oral Lichen Planus, both caused from chronic oral infection. RedBud's insurance company denies culpability so none of my expenses, including an emergency room visit after the oral surgery, are being covered. Nothing. Not one dime from them for their negligence that caused so much pain, suffering and a lot of money to fix. In addition, Redbud did cavity work 3 times on the same tooth within one year. When I asked them about it, they claimed it was different parts of the tooth. I was naive and too trusting. Also, I had two gold caps/crowns prior to one of the last procedures. They were removed and replaced with porcelain. This was never discussed with me and the gold was not given back to me. Funny thing is. The staff was so kind when I first visited them that I even sent flowers. I gave them home baked pumpkin bread at Christmas. I never expected things to turn out like they did. My thoughts are the problems are with Dr. Peck and not the kind staff. If you do choose to go to RedBud, be diligent in reviewing all billing documents and what work is being done. Make sure the work you pay for is actually done. And ask to see inside your mouth before a crown is placed. read more

Do not go here. I went to RBD for an introductory teeth cleaning, February of 2020. I loved the front office staff, very welcoming and friendly. Did not care for the dental hygienist or the dentist; they seemed very stressed or seemed to not want to be there that day, not sure. I never went back. It's now April, 2021 and I have just received a bill from Redbud for $425.00 for that visit- a year and two months later. I do not have dental insurance and they require payment day of service. Update: If I could give no stars, I would. My husband has to have teeth seen because, not that long ago, the Redbud dentist--who knows which one--did not do a great job on the extraction. My husband had to return several times due to pain, inflammation, and infection before the issue was resolved. And we discovered Redbud is most probably not contracted to take our dental insurances, which explains why they overcharged beyond the insurance. WARNING: Make sure the dentist/practice is contracted to take your dental insurance. Then they must take the insurance's (lower) price negotiated with the dentist/practice. read more

I just moved from California and it was about that time for a cleaning and for my teeth to get checked. so i had to find a place right away and as i did so i came across this place.Today was my first time in and i felt very welcomed. They made sure i knew what was going on by explaining what they were doing. Staff was so friendly and the place feels so homey. Music is being played through out the whole place so you really feel at ease. They also offer hot and cold refreshments and a computer to surf the net while you wait. And if you have little ones they have a small play area just for them in the waiting room as well. Really happy that i came here. The other good part is that the drive to and from home is jus 5 minutes away.SCORE!:) read more

On July 7 I made appointments for myself (I had a painful, infected tooth). They were able to get me in on July 8. They sent me a link for myself and my two children. My children weren't scheduled to come in until August 8, 2014. I filled out all the information, which included our insurance provider's information. The staff was incredibly friendly...and had it not been for the billing issues I would have recommended their practice. This is what happened: After my initial evaluation, obtaining x-rays, etc., I spoke with Jamie in the business office. She informed me that I had one of the best insurance policies they had seen. She told me that my services would be covered at 100%; however, because my blood pressure was a little elevated they didn't want to do any work that day, so I was scheduled to come back on July 23, 2014. I went back in on that day and took care of the issues I was having with my teeth. On July 30 I received a call from Redbud Dental informing me of two openings as there had been cancellations due to rainy weather. I took both kids in at 1:00 that same day. After having gone through the evaluations and obtaining x-rays, a plan was laid out for their treatment. I again spoke with Jamie in their business office who, in front of my children, informed that their services would be covered at 100%. The only thing that wouldn't be covered were the sealants for my daughter. Because of this they asked if I wanted to go ahead and have Dr. Peck get started on my son's teeth, and I agreed. About an hour into services beginning on my son Jamie called me into the business office (with my daughter present as a witness) and told me that Humana would only cover 80% of their services, so I was asked to make a payment of $186.20. After my son was done that day, they wanted me to schedule him to come in the next day, July 31. Miranda informed me that I would need to pay $452.20 for those services and any subsequent appointment. I reluctantly paid in advance for those services. However, upon discussing it with my husband we decided to cancel that appointment and schedule with a dentist in our network. I canceled his appointment the next day and inquired about whether I would be charged for the cancellation and was told that I would not and that they understood. However, Miranda called me back and was trying to convince me to bring the children in anyhow. I sent them an email informing them that I would be taking the children to a dentist in our network and asked that the $452.20 I paid for services not yet rendered be refunded to me. I have yet to receive an answer from them regarding that money. On August 5, 2014 I called them to cancel the appointment they had scheduled for me on August 7, 2014. Melissa returned my call and informed me that they were on the phone with my insurance company all day on August 4 and were told that the insurance company would more than likely not pay anything on our treatment. In essence, they were telling me that since they were not in network with Humana that Humana would not be paying any of our claims. This prompted me to write them a letter detailing everything, which included the numerous times they informed me that services would be covered at 100%. Had I known this wasn't the case I would never have made a followup appointment from the first time I saw them on July 8. From my initial appointment with Redbud Dental on July 8 to my appointment on July 23 Redbud had 15 days to confirm coverage under my insurance. They had 15 days to find out whether they were in network with Humana. They had 15 days to let me know whether services would still be covered at 100%, which they told me at my initial appointment. Not once in this time frame was this information conveyed to me. Seven days went by and they still had not confirmed coverage when they scheduled my children to come in. In fact, I was told once again on July 30 that services would be covered at 100%. Now some five days later they're telling me that my insurance carrier is not going to cover the treatment. It has taken almost an entire month for them to get coverage information. For this reason, I am expecting a full refund of the monies I have paid to Redbud Dental, and I would recommend that no one use them unless they know for certain that their insurance will cover the services, as I would definitely not trust Redbud to confirm coverage on their own. read more

I have not had any trouble with the dentist, Dr. Peck has been very good. It the way they handle the money end of it leaves something to be desired. I had an implant denture put in, costs over 6 grand, but I didn't want to pay it all at once. They said they have a pay as you go plan, get the work done then pay for it. Until it came to delivering my final denture that would fit on the posts. I had to pay it all in full before they would do that last part. I thought it kind of odd, in most things in life, you get the work done, then pay. I didn't like that part but I was past the point of no return, right. I get the denture and it took several appointments to get it dialed in, had trouble with the O rings, the denture poking and rubbing my gums, it was hurting. Then I found out they were charging my insurance for office visits. What!! Whatever it takes to get that thing to fit right should be covered under the $6000 I paid for it! That's like having something wrong with your new car, they say you need a new part but you have to pay labor charges. The fact I had to go back so many times makes me question their tactics. He found there were several problems my previous dentist had not addressed that had caused serious deterioration of my dental health. Dr. Peck created a treatment plan to take care of my dental problems. He and his staff designed the timing of my treatment to maximize the coverage of my dental insurance and minimize my out of pocket expense. Dr. Peck's patient care and technical ability is second to none. He has done several dental procedures including an implant, porcelain crowns and several fillings in my 4 years as a patient.
