The dentist started the cleaning and left me TWICE in the middle of cleaning. Once left me holding the suction tool for a solid 20 minutes. After the "deep cleaning" she did not even complete the regular cleaning I had requested in addition to the deep cleaning she insisted on for my molars. My teeth were never even flossed. So for an additional $400 I left feeling like my teeth weren't even as clean as they should be after a basic cleaning. I will not be returning.

The dentist looked for 2 minutes and then had her front desk women follow her in and give me the price (who was very nice) and told me it was $500 to fix it. She said if I bought their insurance they could bring it down to $359. When I said that last time it was $100.00 I was told dentistry has gone up. So instead of taking my $59 (which I paid) and charged me maybe $150.00 plus the $59 and have a new customer, for maybe 15 minutes of work they loose a customer and now I'm writing this review. Don't go here, they don't care about the person, just the money.

I had an appointment rescheduled because the hygienist was out sick (understandable), but the soonest I can be seen now is a month out. Once I called 3 weeks before an appointment due to a work conflict that had arisen, and the rescheduled appointment I was given was 2 months out. First, there's Dr. Mark McGee, who has got to be one of the coolest dentists in the world. He's gentle (no pain!) and friendly, and plays awesome music - rock, blues, country - instead of the mindless New Age crap you often hear. On the last two visits, I've heard Lucinda Williams, Emmylou Harris, and Bruce Hornsby. (He plays entire albums.) Second and third are Nancy Green and Lori Miller, dental hygienists extraordinaire. The best dental experience I've ever had!…read more I moved recently and was in need of a new dental office, and I went with this one based on the reviews. It totally exceeded my expectations!! The ladies at the front desk were an absolute pleasure, so sweet and so professional, they made me feel so welcome. I also was taken to the back very promptly which was amazing, as I am usually used to waiting for a while at previous dental offices. Getting my teeth cleaned was a breeze. My technician was so so sooo sweet, I wish I could mention her by name but unfortunately I forgot it! Super knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. O'Neal was also wonderful. He made me feel super welcome and eased all my stress; Prior to coming in, I was scared and concerned for the health of my teeth as admittedly I haven't been taking the best care of them. He was very comforting and eased my concerns, and made the time to get me in for a cavity fill very shortly after the cleaning. He was also very funny! Which I appreciated, because I am very scared of cavity fillings and it helped ease some of my nerves. I 100% recommend this office, it was such a positive experience. As someone that was apprehensive about going back to the dentist after a while, I could not say enough good things about the staff, environment, and the service itself.
