I found Dr Anderson when we moved here, and I'm so glad I did! I had an abscess and was in a lot of pain, but due to a slew of bad dental experiences I'd been avoiding getting it taken care of. The team here is fantastic. I felt so comfortable right off the bat; everyone in the office makes sure you're taken care of and Dr Anderson is sure to listen to any concerns and make sure you're absolutely comfortable in his chair. Dr Anderson and his team are skilled and empathetic, which creates a trusting and relaxing environment. My abscess healed well and I've had regular checkups since (something I previously tried to avoid)! My husband and I are both extremely happy with this office and love the quality of care we receive. Recently I brought my daughter for her first appointment (I was more nervous than she was), and it was a breeze; she loved it and wants to go back! My spouse and I have been patients at Dental Wellness for several years. The staff is always friendly and courteous, as well as cheerful and positive. The hygienists have been helpful in offering suggestions to how I may improve my dental care, without being pushy. What has impressed me is Dr Anderson's always pleasant and informative discussion of my dental status and progress. Additionally he has never suggested any work that seemed at all questionable and in at least one specific case could easily have recommended work that I had thought would require work when I came in, but he indicated that work was not needed. I very much appreciate that level of integrity. On a couple of other instances he mentioned 'optional' things that were not important but offered me the choice to decide (I chose to not do the work in both cases) and there was no pressure to do the work. SIMPLY THE BEST! After years of neglect and not having insurance I decided to pretty much get anything that needed to be fixed in my mouth fixed. I will not lie I was scared beyond explanation. From the moment I walked into this office, from the ladies at the front counter, to all of the hygenists, and to Dr Andersen himself I received personal, professional, and absolutely outstanding service. Due to my own personal neglect I needed a deep scale cleaning and 7 teeth extractions. The discomfort of most of the procedures was minimal and without being "put under", the extractions themselves were completely painless. The Claims process through my insurance was flawless as well. First off, I very passionately dislike going to the dentist. I have had a few bad experiences and more importantly I felt like another number. I could not, and still cannot believe how nice the people here are. From the friendly/professional ladies at the front desk to the hygienists. I hadn't been to the dentist for awhile and my hygienist was very thorough and found everything that needed work. She was very respectful and calculated. I need a few procedures and she explained everything I needed to know about them while also entertaining any questions I had. Dr. Anderson then came in and confirmed treatment options and backed up everything the hygienist said. I could tell these people had my health in mind when suggesting treatments, not the income. Dental Wellness took care of me when I got into a bike accident and knocked out my front teeth. As humiliating as the scenario was, the whole team took care of me on the spot! Everyone in the office that day did there best to make me feel at home, and more importantly helped get my front teeth to look just as they were before the accident! Dr. Anderson was so diligent in making sure we got my smile back to it's normal state. He had great advice and made me feel less like a patient and more a fellow adult. I have gone there ever since! Over the last 3 years I have brought my dental health up to date with the help of Dr. Anderson and his staff.I had not been to a dentist in over 5 years and had neglected my dental care after my dentist where I previously lived moved out of town. I selected Dr. Anderson because his office was reasonably close to where I lived. Lucky break for me as I have found them to be courteous, professional and extremely proficient technically.
