My dentist in LA wanted to charge for a crown and work I didn't need. Her practice has state of the art equipment including the newest handheld X-ray equipment so they don't have to jam plastic inserts into your mouth. They have outstanding imaging software so you can see everything in high definition color. If you are thinking about driving to Mexico to get dental work done, just do it. The doctors in the US are most likely ripping you off and doing work you don't need. Dr. Olivas does too quality work and is honest. Well worth the drive.

And each visit was the same. They also NEVER answer their phone calls even if you leave a voice mail. Their main form of communication is text message. They reschedule through text and answer any questions through text. Also last time I checked out, one of the ladies at the front desk (couldn't catch her name) was talking to her coworker in front of me for like a good 3 minutes and it was completely unrelated to my visit. I felt like I was a burden burdening their conversation, and she asked me with the most annoyed tone if I was free a month out after they were done. Not "hi, I can help you right here" or "did you get everything you needed today?" Like I'm burdening you with your 3 minutes of conversation? The picture even says please DO NOT CALL. please tell me this a joke? What's the point of having a receptionist if I'm burdening them and they don't want to speak to customers? The professional team of doctors and staff at BC Dental are outstanding in every way. They have English speakers in the office. They are all very caring and friendly. I've used them now going on 20 years. Extractions, fillings, crowns, braces for my kids, and even cleanings. All done with gentle care. Seriously though, the least painfull cleanings of my life. There is parking at the corner mini-mall for 5$ no time limit, a dirt parking lot on the side street, or parking meters if you are comfortable. WARNING Don't even think about illegal parking as the meter guys come around often. Uber now offer English speaking drivers if you prefer. Super easy to walk across the border and uber here and back.
