DO NOT!! I REPEAT!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! Dr Soto will mess your teeth up to the point they can't be repaired....She will do work on your other teeth while you're numb to cause you to come back! She told me that she's in the business of making money...I told her that's fine, but she didn't have to mess up my teeth to make her money"! Terrible business, my fiance has gone in the THREE TIMES to get a root canal and every single time it got botched and they took barely any credibility. And then she was scheduled to have it fixed today and they decide that even though the appointment was made for weeks they wait til the night before to call and cancel because they don't feel comfortable doing it. Would not recommend this business at all they don't know how to properly do business. And then to top it all off she gets a call an entire week and a few days after they said they would get back to her about where she can go and they decide to 1. Refer her to a practice that is over an hour away and they don't even accept referrals. and not only that but they should know that insurance doesn't approve a different practice finishing something that another dentist has already started. I went here and right away they told me i needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed AND a root canal... I got two teeth out one date and then by the time i felt a little bit better i had to get the other two out and a root canal the SAME DAY. It was the worst pain i have felt they told me to lift my hand up if it hurt and when i tried to the surgeon told me to put it down and stop moving... I have had mouth pain ever since. The surgeon they have there is sketchy and it felt like first time assistants were there, it was terrible. my teeth hurt every day i was awake the entire surgery and it was hell. it felt so unprofessional i do not reccomend this place read more

I had a stellar experience at Dr. Hyde's office. All of the staff were friendly. Sarah, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Gupta are both experts in their fields, and they each provided the highest level of care. Sarah was patient and kind when cleaning my teeth. She made sure I was comfortable and she made me laugh and laugh. To put things into perspective, seeing me actually laugh at a dental practice is like seeing a unicorn fly! I felt confident in Sarah's abilities and this made me relax and feel at ease while she was working on my mouth. Dr. Gupta examined my teeth and he immediately struck me as a subject matter expert when it comes to teeth (as does Sarah by the way). I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone, and especially to those who are afraid to visit dentists. Due to the cheerful and speedy check-in and amazing overall service, I would, without hesitation, recommend this practice to everyone, especially those who are afraid to visit a dentist. UPDATE: So, I've been going to Dr. Hyde's dental office for several months now, on a consistent basis. I can not stress enough, that this office is by far, the best dental office I've EVER been too! The staff genuinely care about me as a patient, and a person. I need extensive, and very expensive dental treatments, including root canals and crowns. Dr. Hyde and his office worked with me, helped me create a quick pay account ( I obviously don't have thousands of dollars off hand for this type of treatment), and made the work I needed affordable! They answered all my questions, concerns, ect. I have a small payment every month, for the treatment needed, so Dr. Hyde went right to work on me. I like that since I have so much dental work needed, I'm at the office often. I like getting everything taken care of sooner than later, because in my case, something always happens and then I need to be seen asap. Recently, Dr. Hyde did a filling on a back bottom molar. However, it was simply just too much filling for that molar, and was pretty close to the pulp, which Dr. Hyde did warn me about. I was fine for 2 days with no issues. The 3rd day, unfortunately ended in a lot of swelling and pain. The 4th day, the swelling, pain, and infection got so bad, I couldn't eat, talk, or hardly swallow. Seeing as I couldn't really talk much, I had my husband Joe call into the office for me, and Dr. Hyde told him to bring me in asap. Mind you, the office was closing in 30mins. Dr. Hyde and his assistant Gregory stayed and waited for me! They took me right to the back, numbed me up, and took a little look. He prescribed amoxicillin 500mg capsules. I left that evening, after hours, feeling a million times better, than I had felt when I came in. Although, the news I received upset me a little bit, because, now I had another unplanned root canal and crown, and have already racked up debt/payment to quickpay, and I just felt defeated, because not only is all this work VERY Expensive, but I worried a bit whether I could afford adding it on, paying cash, or whatever. Thankfully Dr. Hyde and his office felt my pain, and worked with me through and through. He said not to worry, we'll get it taken care of, hopefully without having to remove the tooth. Phew! What a relief, seriously! As I've said before, I've been in and out of Dr. Hyde's dental office numerous times, within a few months, which is great! My teeth mean a lot to me, not only to eat with, but my overall personal appearance, and the confidence in myself. So, for them to see me on a regular basis, makes me feel better about myself, as well as speeds up the work process, all while making me feel better about myself and my dental situation. As a dedicated, and honest patient, words cant even Describe the appreciation, and gratitude I feel for Dr. Hyde or his staff. They truly blow me away, and are far better than any dental office I've EVER been to! I can't believe I didnt check these guys out years ago! It would of most likely saved me from unnecessary stress and aggravation, teeth pulled that shouldn't of been pulled, as well as the cost for numerous treatments! In the beginning of my post, I stated I was nervous and hated going to the dentist. Well, I definitely feel differently now. Now, I'm not nervous or feel like throwing up when I walk into the office, instead I'm happy and smiling, greeted at the counter "Hi Heather, how are you today? That's good, any issues or concerns? No, that's great! We'll bring you back in just a few minutes." And I even told Dr. Hyde and his assistant Gregory, that I'm no longer scared, and that I truly do trust him to do what he needs to do, and trust that he knows what's in my best interests. I've even stated I actually liked going there, not only to finish up the work needed, but by how they treat me. They treat me very well, actually care about me and what's going on, and are always happy to see me, or carry on a small conversation. I love these guys, I really do! And like I said, this dental office is by far the best dental practice I've ever been too! And I'll continue to see Dr. Hyde, for as long as he practices in the dental field! They truly are great people, who really do care, and want what's best for each individual patient. Words can't even Express how thankful I am, or the gratitude towards them. And I'm extremely happy that I listened to my dad, and gave them a chance, it's one of the best decisions I've made, as per dental care, and I'll NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Hyde, Gregory, and the rest of the Hyde staff, for all your the hard work, working with me financially, and making me feel like your #1 patient. You guys are the best!!!! read more

Dr. Hyde took me for a complementary appointment because my regular dentist was sick and I needed an emergency appt for a chipped molar. I was seen the same day I made the appointment which was great considering they seemed quite busy. Dr. Hyde was extremely nice! He answered all my questions and was quite informative. Disgusting, outdated office with poor staff! When I called to make an appointment, I got the most bizarre script read aloud to me. I couldn't even get a word in until the girl had finished her scripted speech. Give me a break, people have other things to do! And updating the office might help your business as well! read more

This is one of the worst run businesses I have ever had the unfortunate experience of having been associated with. I was a patient there for about 9 months and EVERY visit left me in tears or so angry I could hardly speak. They have a CONSTANT rotation of staff members and no one knows what they are doing. They screwed things up with my insurance OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Then they would try to cover it up by lying to me. I would find out about the lies later on when I spoke to the ins. co. personally and they set me straight. Dr. Hyde himself is a gruff, uncaring, insensitive @sshole. He constantly "barks" at his staff, belittling them and making for a very uncomfortable office environment. His work is shoddy AT BEST. He did a crown for me that was HORRIBLE. I finally left there and another dentist just shook his head when he saw it. It came off over and over and when I would call to have it fixed, I would get the run around about them being too busy to see me. On one occasion he was working in my mouth without gloves on and his right hand smelled like it had just been a woman's vagina. NIGHTMARE! He has another young dentist on staff there too by the name of Dr. Reddy. He's another JERK that should still be in undergrad school. He doesn't know the first thing about dentistry. He brutally extracted 2 teeth for me, which left me in agony. He never numbed me up properly and tried to convince me when it was over, "now that wasn't so bad, was it?". I've never felt pain in the dental chair like that !!! Both of the dentists misdiagnosed problems I was having, which was confirmed by another dentist when I finally decided I'd had enough with them. Why did I stay there so long? I was promised over and over by the office manager that things were going to get better and that I would be happy when all my treatment was over. HE LIED! DON'T go there if you value your teeth! The only shining light in the whole place is the young lady who cleans your teeth, Why she stays there, I will never know. I finally got the treatment I deserved at another dentist and was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. I should have left out of there the very first time I was mistreated. I spent a huge amount of money at ANOTHER dentist which I had initially planned on spending at his office. I'm grateful I got out when I did. read more

Dr. Hyde has been my dentist for some years now and he is one of the best. I even have my daughter going to see him as well. They always accommodate our schedules. They call you to remind about appointments and they even send out text messages which is pretty cool. It helps for those of us that has busy schedules.
