I had booked an appointment at this dentist based my insurance coverage. I went in for an appointment in the afternoon on a Monday, when I walked in the waiting room was full (there's only about 5 seats) and they told me they would get to me when they can. I sat around for almost an hour before I overheard they were 3 hours behind schedule!!!!! Very frustrating I didn't get a call beforehand to just reschedule instead of waiting around. I ended up rescheduling for the following week. I waited again for another 30/40 minutes before being brought back. This appointment I was supposed to get a cleaning, whitening and cavities filled. I only ended up getting my cavities filled but it took 2 and half hours!!!!!! For only 2 cavities!!!!! No cleaning or whitening!! i also have TMJ and had told them multiple times I cannot keep my jaw open for long periods of time and they did not respect that. My jaw hurt for days afterwards. On top of that it now hurts/sensitive to chew on that side where the cavities were filled. Safe to say I found a new dentist and will not be going back. read more

Honestly, I used to look forward to routine dental cleanings and was never fearful of going to the dentist. However, after a terrifying experience at Comfort Dental, I was traumatized so much that I put off going to the dentist for 3-4 years!!! After my husband had a few good experiences at Dentistry 360, he encouraged me to visit them. The office was smaller than other dentists I had visited, but it just made the experience feel more personal to me. Sherri, the dental hygienist, was so friendly, kind, and gentle. She patiently cleaned my teeth with minimal to no pain at all. Sherri took her time and made it clear to me to tell her if I felt any discomfort. In the past, I always braced myself for the awful shot at the dentist, but I swear Sherri can give you a shot in the mouth without even filling the prick of the needle! I believe part of the shot not being painful is the fact that Sherri and the dentist, Dr. Semi, prepared me by helping me relax by taking my mind off of the situation by saying things to me such as, "Breath, and wiggle your toes." It sounds silly, I know, but it worked. Now, Dr. Semi is unlike any dentist I have ever met. It's clear she genuinely cares about her client's overall well-being. She even gives patients her personal phone number in case of emergencies or if any questions arise. I never thought I would use it until a terrible toothache started on Christmas Eve. Dr. Semin answered immediately and tried to get me in the office that same day, but her staff was already off for the holidays so she didn't have anyone available to assist her. Although I wasn't seen that day, I was amazed at how she went above and beyond to help me. Dr. Semi ended up booking me an appointment for the day after Christmas and wrote me a prescription for pain relievers. If that isn't exceptional service, I don't know what is. I am very glad I took a chance on Dentistry 360, and I'm extremely grateful for Dr. Semi and Sherri. It's refreshing to know there are still genuine people in the field of dentistry, such as Sherri and Dr. Semi, that truly care about and prioritize their patient's welfare. There is nobody else that I would put my trust in more than this duo. have never had an issue until today! I was qouted a different price a couple months ago and today my price was higher by 200 dollars.,I asked why. It made no sense the way she explained it to me. Everytime I would open my mouth she wouldn't all me to finish she would just raise her voice as I was talking. Finally she told me to open my F#÷×ing ears. I don't know who would react Calm after not even being able to speak without her mouth moving and not listening herself. Ironic right! Horrible. Got a crown in May 2014. Temporary was awful and never stayed on, miserable, painful experience. Now it is only November of 2015, and the thing popped off. I paid a lot of money for this. It has been determined that they either cemented it on improperly, allowing a small space for a cavity to develop below the crown, or they completely missed a cavity that needed to be filled. So now, less than a year and a half later, I have to have the miserable thing replaced. I am disgusted. Took my son, they didn't even clean his teeth, insisted that I bring him back to have his gims scaled. Strangely enough, they pulled the same stunt with me as well, never even cleaned my teeth....and after seeing another dentist found it this was not necessary at all. Nor did my son's new dentist think it was necessary either! I very vehemently suggest you steer clear of this place! read more

The hygienist (Sherry), assistants and dentist (Dr. Semi) are so gentle and caring. They are so knowledgeable about the work they provide. They do not take unnecessary radiographs nor do they make sketchy diagnoses. I had a great cleaning provided by Sherry. She was sweet, kind and fun to be around. If I could give negative stars I would. Going to the this place was the worst decision I could have made. I would always show up at least 20 minutes early to my visits and would be seen until half an hour after my scheduled time. I was never told that I would have students doing work on me. One of the times, one person went in to numb my gums for injections and only numbed the front part. When the second person went in to do the injections, it was horribly painful as the injections went way past the numb area. I had to get a root canal, and have a temporary crown while my new one came in. The guy putting in my temp told me to go back in 2 weeks, and that it didn't matter if my temporary came off as the root canal had already been done. Sure enough, the temporary came off 3 hours later. When I showed up 2 weeks later my teeth had shifted as the temporary wasn't in. I told them what the guy had said, they called him into the room, and he denied ever saying that it was okay if the temp came off. I had to get another fitting, and then another, and another. The process of the root canal and crown ended up taking over 10 months. I had been told they would give me free whitening trays, but I would not go back even if they paid me!! read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Simi for years. She is intelligent, kind, through and accommodating. You will not receive any unnecessary services. Her office is state of the art, clean and comfortable. With full integrity I give her 5 Stars! It is true in the past some of the other personnel did not provide the exceptional service one expects when visiting the dentist. Those people have been replaced and one should not doubt they will receive top care from the desk staff to the hygienists. Give Dr. Simi your trust, she will not let you down. The ladies at this place really care! On my first visit, I needed x-rays that wouldn't have been covered by my insurance, but the dentist took them for free. One of the hygienists is really talkative but she's really sweet. I needed a filling and they did it quickly. The whole time, the dentist was asking if I was okay and making sure that everything was going well. They're pretty flexible with scheduling. Going to the dentist is usually pretty scary, but Dentistry 360 does everything they can to make it a comfortable and pleasant experience. read more

However today I showed up on time for my appointment (as everyone should) and proceeded to wait over one hour to actually be called back for treatment. WORST experience. The reason I came here was because I bought a Groupon for this establishment. I made an appt. for a cleaning and whitening plus X-rays. I had an appt. for 3:30 and waited 45 minutes to be seen. Once I was called back they took my X-rays and then I proceeded to have to wait in the chair for ANOTHER 45 minutes. Finally someone came back and told me that it would cost me 600$ for what I needed. I asked if they could just clean my teeth and allow me to use the Groupon which I bought and he told me no because it would make it worse. I am not a dentist, but somehow to me this makes no sense. It's like when you go to a mechanic and they scam you out of 600 in parts in order to just put a brake pad on. AND, just like a scamming mechanic, they would not explain anything to me. I feel like this dentistry is a scam. Now I have to somehow deal with Gruopon to return the $100 I spent. I feel like they just did not want to clean my teeth and do what the Groupon offered and tried to scam me into spending more money. I hope no one else makes the mistake I made. This is NOT a company based on morals, but more a company based on lies and misleading people. read more

By far the worst experience I have ever had!!!! I went in for an exam on my teeth because I had an infection on a prior root canal I had done. Needless to say I had to go in for two different exams because they were saying it was the tooth next to it, when it was not. They finally had figured out what tooth it was I scheduled an appointment for the extraction, I went in to get it pulled and it took 45min to get it done I. It finally was done and she said to the assistant that the tooth in the back needed a temporary filling over it because she accidently nicked it when pulling my tooth beside it, she stated to me I needed to come in soon to get that one taken care of. well during the healing process the stitches she put in infected my mouth so bad around the extraction that I couldn't take it anymore so I went in again and she gave me $112.00 worth of stuff to take. I went on my trip to Dallas the next day and while I was there the tooth they put the filling over crumbled and come to find out she had broke my tooth in half and did not ever state to me that it was that bad. I called immediately very upset. also as my extraction was healing I noticed two sharp pieces of tooth that were coming out as well, it was one thing after another. I finally got back from my trip went back to the dentist to talk to Dr. Semi I was very upset because my tooth was broke from when she had pulled my tooth next to it and she never told me it happened she just covered it up. I stated to her she should have to pay for the damage and she said" why there was already a cavity there" and I told her yes we did discuss I had four cavity's that needed to be filled but she was the one that broke my tooth and never told me she just covered it up. it was one excuse after another with this place. Every time I came into this office for my appointment I had to wait at least 45min to be seen and I was always told we had an emergency. there appointments were never important them until I finally said something and was going to leave then all of a sudden they got me in, in five minutes.
