The entire team is friendly, skilled, and compassionate. Every single visit over the years has been a positive experience. The technology they use is advanced, and the hygienists always take the time to explain what they're doing, making every appointment feel professional and comforting. What stands out the most to me is Dr. Salem's incredible attention to detail, intelligence, and kindness. He's not only an expert in his field, but also a genuinely good person who truly cares about his patients. A few years ago, I moved away for a time and wore braces for seven long years throughout high school. I was so self-conscious that I barely smiled--definitely never with my teeth. I have had problems with the fitting of a dental implant, and was left flailing in the wind for several weeks. At this point I do not know if my problems will be resolved, or if they hope I will just fade away. Communication seems to be a major problem between the dentists and the patients, and the staff are not always in the loop.
