Everyone from staff to hygienist is absolutely amazing, this is the only dentistry I'll ever visit

As someone who has never thought myself capable of ever affording the expense of invisalign, I'm grateful to this office for putting the process into a manageable price range with options which I could afford. I was under the mistaken impression that the prepaid plan was an all in price, but just know that on the back end there is a $497 charge for the optional replacement alignment retainers. That charge seemed reasonable, but it would have been helpful to know up front back in 2024 when I was comparing his 3,500 program with other places 4k to 6k. Some caveats: regardless of what you hear about insurance from the sales pitch, I got a $258 refund from insurance for x-rays, but there may be no such thing as orthodontic coverage after age 18. I'd love to be proven wrong! During my tray wearing, I had a few months of poor hygienic habits and that caused me to get a breakout of cavities. Dr. Wollock was very supportive and helped me as I got my self care treatment back on track. Just follow his instructions, and also pay particular attention tondaily hygiene habits, and you should be fine. One of the distinct benefits of this office is how accelerated the treatment is. I got finished in 12 months, vs. 18-24 months many other invisalign providers are advertising. Nice! I reckon I saved $1350 (net) although your mileage may vary. read more

I hate going to the dentist. I really do. Childhood trauma probably but going to Dentistry at Suburban Square changed all of that. Dawn and Dr. Wollock were absolutely amazing! They made the process easy and straight forward. They also communicated every step so that I wasn't blindsided. I wish I could go back every month. That's how great they are! Thank you for your response To clarify, I did not "stand up" your office. On both occasions I called as soon I was aware that I couldn't make to cancel. The first time was during the recent snowstorm when the city was effectively shut down and I was physically unable to move my car. The second time I also called rather than simply not showing up, which I felt was the respectful and responsible thing to do. Comparing a healthcare appointment to a "first date" and suggesting that I stood your office up misrepresents what actually happened. I made the effort to communicate and reschedule rather than leaving your office waiting for a patient who never called. My review simply reflected how the phone interaction felt from my perspective. Many people already experience anxiety about dental visits, which is why respectful and courteous communication matters when potential patients reach out. Based on the tone of your response, my initial concern about feeling dismissed and unwelcome has only been reinforced, and it futher validates my decision not to reschedule with your office. I do wish your practice the best moving forward. read more
