My gum pockets were so deep that it was scary. I came in for my X-ray and oral exam. The first was 9/7/22 at my primary dentist and she recommended and sent me here to Tooth HQ. I got in touch with them and made appointment with Jazmine who was nice 9/9/22 Was the day of my exam and diagnosis!! Location: I was sketchy at first because the shopping center is not all that appealing! But plenty of parking and the door was blank as if the office was abandoned. Lol Ambience: Walking in blue! Blue comfortable chairs and the medication smell and mints was what I remembered most but it was clean! Greeting: I was greeted immediately by Jazmine! Knowledgeable: The doctor was very knowledgeable of what was going on with my teeth and gums I had a Treatment plan A that included 4 extraction, medication, healing gel , antibiotic mouthwash,Free I've sedation , deep cleaning, periodontal cleaning , bone graft and follow ups to check on my gums progress. The pain wasn't as bad as I thought but the medication helped I only needed the cotton the first day after that I was able to sleep with out anything in my mouth and slurp soup! Thank God for honest help! I was comfortable, The assistant even gave me a blanket when I was cold, I talked myself to sleep lol I'm very curious especially when I go to doctors or dentist so I ask questions! Mmkay My gums are healing and I'm becoming more confident in my smile because it's healthy! Thank you All!

After a few bad dental experiences I was forced to find a new dentist. I envisioned a cave, Ogres and White Walkers but what I found was Dr. Miller. Dr. Miller was chosen from a list provided to us by our dental insurance. He doesn't have many reviews but I rolled the dice. I live close by so I did some recon. Outside the building is cute with floor to ceiling windows. It doesn't look intimidating at all. OFFICE DESCRIPTION: The office is cute on the inside and out. Looks like a storybook building. Lots of sunlight to keep you feeling positive while you wait to be tortured. The building is VERY clean. They have sanitizer for you and practice social distancing seating in the lobby. COVID Precautions: The staff wear masks and take your temperature at intake. They are kind and have been each and every visit. They make you feel like you're not on your way to be tortured with their soothing voices and smiles. Also, they don't appear to be Ogres in disguise. Bedside Manner: Dr. Miller is a genuinely nice person. He is interested in what you have to say (if he's not he does a good job of pretending) and he didn't torture me. Ending: Dr. Miller has a gentle demeanor and hand. He explains the process before and checks with you throughout your procedure. I had a bad experience with another dentist and came to Dr. Miller full of anxiety. I ramble a lot when I'm anxious. He didn't seem impatient. When I left my teeth were fixed and I didn't have to mortgage my house.

I stood/sat in the lobby for the next hour half and was told "it'd be a few minutes". I then went over and asked about how long it would be and was told about "10 minutes". Yeah right. I requested my money back as I had already paid for the upcoming procedure even! As I'm waiting for my refund I come to find out they scheduled the TWO other people on my appointment time that were sitting in the lobby!!! WTF!!! My first visit here was immaculate and felt cared for the entire time. My very next visit? The exact opposite. Maybe an ongoing trend? I'm not sure. I came in and the lobby is small but super cute. It smelt so nice inside! The ladies at the front were nice & efficient. I was brought back and the hygienist went straight to work. I got X-rays of my mouth and teeth done. She was skilled at her job because that was the fastest I had ever gotten X-rays done! With someone who has a small mouth I appreciated it.
