My husband and I visited Pearson Family Dentistry for the first time on Monday, July 31, 2017. It was such an enjoyable visit. I know, not many people find a visit to the dentist enjoyable, but this one was. The front office staff was very hospitable, the atmosphere was calm and the music was uplifting. The facility was clean and nicely appointed. Evelyn (Hygienist) and Dr. Pearson were very personable; it was like being with friends that we have known forever. Dr. Pearson, really is a God Send, Had some health issues, no one else would provide dental services, (I had been paying for), I spoke to her about my issues, she Said No problem, she's and her Wonderful Staff have provided exceptional services always. My visit today was great. I had my routine cleaning done and then had by permanent crown put in. Everything went as clock work. Arrived at appointment time, did not have to wait to be seen. The cleaning went well, they always do. Then had to have my temp crown replaced with the permanent crown. Dr. Pearson and her team are always very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the care I received and grateful to the people in this office. Two weeks ago I had a crown fall off. I had never been to to this office before but I walked in late in the afternoon and explained that my dentist was over an hour away and I had a plane to catch early the next morning. May 30, 2019 was my first visit to Pearson Family Dentistry. I was seen quickly without having to wait. The reception was very friendly. Dr. Pearson and her assistant was exceptional. It was the most pleasant dentist visit I have ever had. The music was calming, the office was comfortable. I had a tooth extraction and a temporary bridge everything was explained throughout. Every visit, I have received great customer service and not had a long wait. However, do beware that if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, there is a $50 charge. I think this is fair, but do wish they'd have a system in place that reminds customers when they cancel! Overall, I love the staff and will continue going back. read more
