When she told him how much she could still feel, and how much it really hurt, he kept going. When she started moaning a little in pain, she was told to "Stop making that annoying sound." She sat there quietly crying IN PAIN until he was done. She is now terrified of dentists, and brings up the experience almost daily out of concern for having to maybe one day go back. I assure you will NOT be back. There is no excuse for someone not to be fully numb or spoken to in that manner. She has never once had a problem or fear before this visit.
