Well I went in to get a filling check and she told me the next time I came back complaining of pain I was going for a root canal. I sought a 2nd opinion and the reason I was having so much pain was the filling was broken. There was air trapped in it. I went to Hudson to get it fixed. After being in pain for over a month and expecting sensitivity today, the filling is less then 24 hours old and I have no pain. read more

I appreciate Dr. Vishnu and her staff for making me feel like family during each visit. They always make sure I'm comfortable and my dental needs are met. I really appreciate how the receptionist will take the time to call me back and let me know if my insurance company will pay for a certain procedure & how much I need to pay. So when you get there, there is no surprise on how much you owe. I'm also glad about the reminders via text, email, or phone call. Since I'm constantly busy with work, kids, or other life situations, I have no reason to forget my appt. What I really appreciate the most about the Dr. Vishnu is she really is concern about you as a person. A year ago I had some health problems, and every since then, Dr. Vishnu always come in and ask me how am I really feeling. She actually listens to you, unlike other dentists I been to in the past. I will never enter this dental practice again after Dr. Vishnu's rude behavior towards me. I have a bad cavity in one of my teeth, and several years ago I had it fixed by an oral surgeon that she referred the other day it chipped so I scheduled an appointment. Now the assistants and staff were absolutely nice and pleasant, how ever Dr. Vishnu was rude and disrespectful towards me and my situation. My prior visit to Vishnu dental as several years ago and I missed an appointment paid all fees after receiving several ugly messages from her. Im am EMT and volunteer firefighter trying to deal with several health issues within my family it is not your place as a health care professional to judge a patient soon as I walked she began stating that since I have a cell phone and vehicle I should be able to take care of myself. I do take care of myself my family and strangers on the daily and I do it all without judging them. just to let you know my phone and smart watch are for my job so I can properly take care of my patients and be able to contact the appropriate people depending on the situation.
