I still think that way, however dealing with both Mike and Sandra is gradually changing my mind. Both of them are amongst the best dentists that I've ever encountered. They are professional, courteous and I find it amazing that they can remain so calm when dealing with screaming kids, parents, patients in pain, etc, etc, etc. Everyone that works at this centre are fantastic: from the reception staff to the dental assistants/hygenists...all have personality plus. They make visiting this office a pleasure. The exam rooms are spotless, as is the waiting room and reception area. A small playroom is available to keep the small ones entertained so they're not focused on where they're at. A TV and magazine rack are used to entertain those of us too big for the play room....it is a welcome distraction when you're waiting for someone to stick some sort of pain inducing instrument in your mouth! Kudos to both of them for creating such a welcoming environment and for being the epitome of what a dentist should be.

Over billing me hundreds of dollars for a simple anti-inflammatory (free). Firing their best people to save money and make money for those who opened the place 30 plus years ago to make money off the backs of those who made it so great while hiring the most inept Millennials who wouldn't even want to finish 1/4 of their job. That was enough for me. I am still feeling the botched & painful job that they did. Knowing they at least they fired 1 of the useless dentists there but not the others. They took their model of being a family friendly business & knowing they're buying luxury cars, cottages, yachts & all things that glitter gold rather than keeping their patients in good rapport. Is a shame because they brought me back form the fear of my last dentist.. 30+ years ago & had 3 generations of family going their. I never wish ill upon anybody but if anyone were to cause harm to me and my family for money and then I hope they go down in flames!!! And they have done that and they deserve all the Laurels that befall them!!!

I have severely sensitive teeth, so I was terrified to get my Invisalign put on because of the sensitivity, the hygienist took her time and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed during the process (despite it being more time consuming and difficult for her). No need to fear a Root Canal with Dr Sbeih…read more Dr Walid Sbeih is an angel. He specializes in root canals. He is a very personable man who cares about your well being. He discusses your individual case and is very thorough. His whole staff are very pleasant and they make you feel very comfortable. My root canal went better then some fillings that I have filled in the past. I really didn't feel the freezing, he used a local cream first and was so gentle withe the freezing. He has gentile steady hands and was so thoughtful through the whole procedure. He better insure his hands because they are more valuable than gold. If you need a root canal ask you dentist to refer you to him, like mine did. Don't go anywhere else!
