I think it is telling that the staff that works for him has been with him for years and years. They are also very knowledgeable. I've been going to see him since I was a teenager - and now my own family goes to see him. They have given me discounts when I didn't have insurance coverage, they have made it clear what needed to be done, and what could be done (to give me a choice as to how much I have to pay). My six year-old felt very comfortable with the staff and Dr. Epp too. I would recommend him to anyone - especially those with bad experiences before. His manor and tone will help you relax.

Not like the denturist who made them. He helped me to understand why I had the issues I had. Then he adjusted a few things and they feel so much better. He also gave me some advice on other options. After a year of seeing my other denturist and her telling me "it's fine I just have to get use to them"I'm so happy I went to see Tim. Wish I would have gone there first. His name came to me as a recommendation from another happy customer. I needed a denturist on an emergency basis (the old dog ate my dentures story) and Tim was good enough to fit me in to his busy practice and provide a new upper denture in about half the time quoted by other clinics I had contacted. When asking how long it would take, Tim replied: Until you are happy with them. He is a master at his craft and I was very happy with the work he did. His receptionist was courteous and mindful of my emergency situation in booking appointments. I have waited a few weeks to write this review to make sure I was as happy as the day I got my new dentures and am pleased to report that these are the best fitting, most comfortable dentures I have ever owned in 20 years! I prepaid for my treatments so that I could avoid dealing with these rude ladies a second time. When I arrived they did not record one of my payments and did not "remember" that I had already paid. They tried to ask me to drive home to retrieve my receipt, luckily I had someone at home take a photo of the receipt to in-fact prove that I made this payment to these exact ladies one week prior. To top it off they still tried to up-charge me for the scheduled treatments wasting my time and the time of the dental hygienist who had the room ready and cleaned for my exam. Their communications were rude and condescending, overall horrible people to interact with! It's a shame because the hygienist was good and the dentist was quick, thorough, knowledgable and he did an excellent job on my filling.
