However, at a follow up check up (for looking at how wisdom teeth were coming in), the dentist cracked open a tooth which ended up falling apart later that night when I had no prior concerns, pain, wiggliness, etc to said tooth. Called back the next day and they basically said there's nothing they can do except book me another appointment. I don't have insurance so I feel absolutely robbed with the fact I walked into a dentist office and walked out with more (expensive) teeth problems and no reimbursement. Really sucks.

I had a small bit of cement removed from the back for my front teeth after my retainer came out. Now my front tooth is partially translucent. Doctor says I didn't ask the right questions and he did what I asked him to do. Doctor also says he didn't touch this part of my tooth when removing cement or in the cleaning. This is absurd. The clinic then made me pay for this tooth procedure stating that if I didn't they would send the bill to collections. As a new patient to this clinic, I requested to have a cleaning and some cement removed from my tooth. I would NOT have done it if the appearance of my front tooth would be changed. I wasn't given any preventative advice. As a patient I want my doctor giving me their best advice BEFORE they move forward with the procedure/touch me. Not after!...then say to me too bad, you should have asked more questions. Completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time, money or emotions here.
