I get great care here. Dr. Eley is amazing. He tried to put a crown on a tooth,but it was just too far gone. Now I have to go get it extracted. Eek! For the time being he put a temporary crown on. Do not go here. They took me back, took xrays, doctor saw me and told me the hygienist was coming back to do the cleaning when the receptionist suddenly steps in to tell me they can't do the cleaning because they are short staffed. This is something they knew earlier today but, instead of calling me to reschedule, chose to waste my time and trap me at their practice by completing the xrays. My husband had a bad toothache and the Dr prescribed 3 antibiotic pills that didn't do anything. We had to go to the walk in clinic. Thankfully he was treated a d received a 14 day antibiotic. The Dr at the Melbourne dentist wasn't interested in what we had to say. He was only interested in explaining the expensive options. I would stay FAR AWAY from Edward Kosakoski, Endodontist. If you have to have a root canal or any work done do not let this man treat you. He is terrible. I unfortunately had to see him twice. Both times he did not want to be there and was not thorough at all. Extremely rude and miserable attitude. I am too nice and should have walked out then. FANTASTIC experience to say the least!! The moment I walked in the door everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly got me into X-rays & even allowed me to double up on the shields. Once that was done & I went into the cleaning chair, I was asked if I needed blankets or a refreshment (super kind). The dr is very detailed & thorough. He explained everything in a way I understood & told me what he recommended I do aside from a basic cleaning. I'm an OOP client so I was worried about pricing but they handled me with grace & offered me a payment plan solution & in the end we were able to come to an agreement. They didn't sacrifice my needs due to budget & the humanity in that was truly amazing. I legit felt cared for & respected, not humiliated or shunned. That human kindness really sat with me & I truly intend on being a client for life. The dr cleaned my mouth impeccably, no pain at all, he did his best work hands down. This was by far the best cleaning I've had done in my life & that's saying a lot! I honestly can't wait to come back in July for my next cleaning visit. I downloaded yelp specifically to comment on how much I appreciated and enjoyed my visit to Dr Gonzalez' office. I hadn't visited a dentist in about 15 years and had to bite the bullet due to a cracked tooth, needless to say I was nervous as all get out. It was quick in and out, the staff were beyond friendly and very helpful, even offered me a blankey 'cause i get cold easy. It was only a first-time patient evaluation, but I left with confidence knowing all of my questions were answered and my concerns were put to ease and was sent out the door with a whole treatment plan that they allowed me to schedule whenever I'm ready. This office closed giving staff less than 24 hours notice and patients no notice. I over paid for many services here that were supposed to be submitted through my insurance that my insurance company now has many times (In case I'm wrong) has confirmed this was NEVER DONE. I didn't realize it had already closed down once and reopened before I became a patient and victim to their deceitful, pushy practices. If you read the negitive reviews about this company, about Viera Modern Dentistry, they are all absolutely correct and onto something. They are owned by a group of Lawyers who formed a corporation called Pacific Dentistry out of California. They did not care that my from tooth on a partial was supposed to be delivered to me with in two weeks. I called for days, I actually believe a couple weeks, going with out a front tooth for almost a month, only to be answered by the "support staff", very friendly by the way, but morning noon and night, on hold for up to 40 minutes while no one was "allowed" to tell me anything, before finally allowing me to visit Viera Modern Dentistry (see that review, this story only gets worse.) This office reclosed quickly in Julyish or August of 2022... and I was passed onto Viera Modern Dentistry, where I finally realized an insurance scam, but lets say if it's not the insurance company to be scammed, it's the consumer while they pretend to accept your insurance, behind the scenes write off things as a cash paying customer special, then overbilling you for telling you something insurance will pick up on , but keep in reminder your insurance only covers 3000 a year. Well that in addition to 50 other things like my asking if they took my insurance, them photocopying my card, it being on the screen in front of me as I sit there for service... Up until December of 2022 I was told by Cassandra Scotti, a floating manager for Pacific Dental, that they accepted my insurance and it was a back office issue and they would fix it. Since confronting this transparently I am now no longer hearing back from anyone involved in this. Rhea, the rude, run you over manager from Viera Modern Dentistry at first , dating back to September, only wanted to challenge why did I need my medical records anyway and that office is closed. Still rude, now after finally recieving part of my records myself, I want to know they were ALL TRANSFERED, and I knew they would not be... It's January... I actually had to yell over her rude contrite script to finally recieve what I believe is still only part of the exrays taken in the Viera Modern Dentistry Office. Rhea was the first manager to not actually try to have me sign anything before services, but her office did after services they would later bill for, when I thought something was fishy when I was told that a 300+ extraction and 1800 bone graphing I never even asked for was quoted before getting an infected tooth, so badly infected and I was in pain, the Dr told me good news, I can help you with your pain today and pull the tooth, just sign this payment doc. I asked the girl with brown hair who was also from the office in Melbourne, this is with my insurance, she said yes. I stated I'm sorry, I'm actually a single mom, and I'd like to reach out to my insurance company to double check. She said she understood. I got my first backwards bill in the mail a few days later, which I have been informed are automatically generated by the office in California Funny, actually it was my second but they made the first one go away super quick upon complaint to the support staff, the first one never telling me they didn't accept my insurance, but it was this second one, when I finally denied the services I needed badly, that they billed me, then told me they don't and never have taken my insurance. I left that day with a horrible infection in my face they could see on ex-ray, why it had to be pulled not saved, with not even an antibiotic because they do not care about the patient. Again, they are owned by lawyers. It gets worse but I don't have time. Fast forward to this week, finally getting my records. Rhea emailed me I could come between 8:30 and 11 to pick them up on Thursday. I have to work, I tried telling her that, I gave at least 4 times I could meet, but Rhea is not Cassandra Scotti from the Melbourne office, though the brown haired girl claiming to take the insurance works in that Viera office now. I have very assertively stated and e-mailed now about 5 times in the last week I want a meeting with Cassandra Scotti, Kriston Spragg and if possible the brown haired girl from the quote I did recieve in the Viera office, though an e-mail the lying, rude Rhea today sent states I never recieved. Cassandra Scotti and Kris Spragg after lying to me in late December have yet to provide in writing or respond to my e-mails with the details of our conversations, which were all lies to cover themselves. What an amazing dental office! I booked my new patient appointment online and was able to choose an appointment within a week. Dr. Hoang and is staff are awesome! The patient coordinators at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. This office has state of the art equipment and Dr. Hoang and his assistant are the best! I don't have dental insurance and their prices are reasonable. This ia a wonderful dental practice. State of the art equipment and friendly staff. I love the personalized attention and I don't feel like I'm in a "Dental Mill" practice. I've had deep cleanings, Cerec crowns, root canal therapy, and fillings done here. Dr. Alisa Kleiman is generous with her time; I never feel hurried to "move along" so they can fill the seat with a new patient as I have in other local practices. For a new office these guys are running a tight ship already! I made my appointment and had my treatment done the same day. Jackie and Pandi at the front desk was awesome and made sure all my paperwork, insurance and payment plan was in place. I was greeted with smiles and very generous staff from beginning to the end. Tracy and Dr. Kleiman done an excellent job and was very attentive to my needs and sensitivity. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time of my treatment and I have to say this was the easiest wisdom tooth I've had extracted. I will definitely be returning here for routine treatment and cleaning and highly recommend this office for any dental treatments you may need! Dr. Besada was wonderful. I was feeling very apprehensive about my extraction but she helped me feel at ease and took great care of me.

I actually don't mind coming to the dentist when I visit Dr. Kleiman and team. I travel a lot to to the area and they were super accommodating to work with my schedule. They keep the process fun and lighthearted so it is a relaxing place and I'm not on edge from being at the dentist. Her facility is brand new and they made it a point to show it while giving me a tour. Kudos to you guys for making it easy from the medical history forms to insurance and payment. Questionable billing practices. They charge the full amount not the insurance company agreed up amount, even after you present insurance information. Bill only states Professional Services with no break down of services performed on a visit and no credit for agreed upon on amount after you show them the insurance billing. Bills come directly from Irvine, California office and local office claims they have no control over billing. They even slipped in a $111 amount for their own dentist insurance under Professional Services. Do yourself a favor and do not get ripped off like we did. There are so many other dentists in the Melbourne area to choose from. read more

If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would without hesitation. The office may be up-to-date tech wise but my first and certainly last visit to Dr. Hoang's practice showed me that they only care about the Almighty dollar, at the expense of the patient. Taking my X-rays, I was almost choked by the woman taking them, then, when they sat me down, they were priming me for what was to come. They said they were taking measurements of my gums, which I knew of and have had done before. After this was done, the doctor came in to drop the news that I needed a $700+ treatment plan and that, should I opt out, they would not treat me further. I called their bluff and they gave me a cleaning but they said that they probably would not treat me further. During my cleaning, the hygienist was ridiculously tough and went out of my way to make my gums bleed...I know what you did, buddy, and I do not appreciate it nor find it amusing. The receptionist was very snarky and charged me $5 upon my walking in, claiming, after being directly asked, that this would be the only charge I would have billed on this visit, only to, then, at the end of my visit, claim I owed a further $20. BEWARE - Out for the money, here is how it is done, Doctor gives you the examination, puts fear in you right away, tells you what she (the doctor) wants to do, in my case I had a cracked tooth (no Pain / no cavity ) Doctor said the tooth needed to be removed and a implant put in its place with a deep cleaning. Stage 2, (the closer), doctor leaves and another person comes in with the procedure list and the price list, in my case it totaled ($8,300.00). Keep in mind I only went in for the $59.00 cleaning. Over 2 hours later still in the chair I kept saying I only want the cleaning that fell on deaf ears and the scare tactic continued, now the end of the day and to late to do the cleaning was talked into making a second appointment for the cleaning and I reluctantly did. two weeks later I was called the night before the cleaning and was again pressured to commit to the $8,300. When I refused to commit I was told that my cleaning appointment was cancelled and I was dropped as a client if I didn't agree to the doctors recommendations. (Is this Dental Blackmail ?) you decide. I never heard of such a thing (OUTRAGEOUS), Went to another dentist , got a cleaning, x-rays and a exam ($69.00) and was told only a cap was needed ($450.00) for the cracked tooth and no deep cleaning needed just a regular cleaning needed which I had done at the time. I want to make sure other people are aware of the technique this office uses to get you to spend your hard earned money and will encourage you to summit a complaint if the same thing happens to you. One of the worst dental practitioners that I have been to. I went in for the $59 special thinking that they would do an exam and X-rays and before I knew it they had me in a chair scraping and grinding my teeth! Even though I acknowledge that I have problems with my teeth, they are not totally destroyed. Anyway, they did the measurements as to how much they have receded and documented it. I had recently bought dental insurance but had not kicked in yet so I paid $1495.00 cash. They said not to worry that I would get some back, (that was a lie). Also they asked me if I wanted their insurance plan, I declined, but they still charged me for it. Next time I went in thinking, surely my insurance plan would cover some of this. No it did not according to them. So I paid them over$500 for the same receding gum measurements and cleaning of my right side. Again they said not to worry about the bill which under services rendered said "professional services". That could be anything. No other description, no itemized bill. Amateur hour at best! I went in asking what that was about and they said it was for the gum measurement which they had done the previous time I went in. Regardless all I have to say is Be very careful if you go in to this practice. There are plenty of others to go to. read more
