He acted on the same page. When I got a call back, later today, they said: They can't take my case, didn't state why. I asked why. She said: no camera footage and a risk of being held liable. I clearly stated to the case manager that there is camera footage, we just have to get it. He agreed with me. Also, I wouldn't call or have a police report, if I did think I was at fault. I just spoke with another attorney at this law firm in regards to the issues I've been having with their team and them confusing my providers. After he reviewed my case and complaints Steven called me back and stated that his recommendation is that I find another law firm to deal with my cases as they don't want to "continue to not meet my customer service needs" LOL! How laughable! Instead of fixing the issues they recommended I find another law firm in the MIDDLE of my cases! I've been with them since December 2025 it is now July 2026. What a complete joke of a team they are! I have filed a complaint with the board of Arizona for their law firm and will be contacting the BBB and another attorney in regards to their lack of representation and communication including their compliance with our signed legal agreement.
