Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and after initially agreeing to the $226 upgrade, we were later told the LiftMaster would be full price. After pushing back, they ultimately honored the original $226 agreement. Then, when the technician arrived, we were unexpectedly told we needed larger brackets for another $200. This cost had never been discussed beforehand, leaving us feeling put on the spot. We later found comparable brackets online for approximately $5-$35. I do want to recognize Jessica, who was consistently helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Our frustration is with the owner's handling of the situation and the lack of transparency and communication. He did make one mistake during installation and drilled the wrong side of one of the cabinet doors. He filled the holes and I have since had it painted over. Despite using the template the handles are not even as you look at them. Several are off slightly and hard for most to see but there is a few of them that are off and they easily stand out.
