So thankful for their prompt response! We went to manually close the garage door after parking the car inside and the garage door started coming off the hinges with my car under it. I called all pro door panicked - Sunday afternoon and my garage door was half closed and half hanging with my car stuck underneath it! I explained I just started a new job within the month and couldn't miss work, the gentleman on the phone called 2 techs and had someone at my house within 2 hours. The tech as so nice and spent hours in my sweltering garage. He managed to reattach the garage door and get the motor back running all without any damage to my car. Had a great experience with All Pro Door Repair. My garage door sensors were bad so the door would not easily close. We troubleshot the problem on the phone at 8pm and a service tech came the following morning right on time. Before calling All Pro I called a local Coppell, TX repair company. Some guy showed up, looked around for 5 minutes and recommended replacing the entire motor because the gears were bad. This hack had it all wrong! All Pro came out, fixed the safety sensors and a bracket to quiet the door and had it done in about 45 minutes. Craig was a great technician - professional and very knowledgeable. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment answered all my questions, provided quantitative feedback, and followed through on exactly what he said they would do when they arrived. Called them on Friday and they came out the next day, Saturday. Garage door opener would not close sometimes. Tech arrived on time. He checked the sensor that detects if something is in the way, and found it was dirty, out of alignment with sensor on other side and the wires were pretty corroded. He adjusted the sensors, re-wired the connection to the sensors and it now works fine. He did not try to upsell me on anything. They charge $85 for a service call, but they have a $30 coupon on their website, so it was only $55. read more

I contacted All Pro Door Repair in the morning regarding my garage falling off the tracks and not being able to close the door. I had a problem where the motor was forcing the arm down to far and almost ruined the door. The tech came out early to appointment, big plus. The tech, I think his name is Gary, assessed the problem quickly, adjusted the motor settings, repaired the issued, beefed up the door so it would not happen again, and lubed the entire door. I had another company come out to look at my garage door and they wanted to charge me a minimum of $1,200 all the way up to $1,800 for a lot of "repairs" I didn't need. We have used them for a Spring Replacement and were very impressed. We had them come out due to the opener making a very loud noise. Turned out the bearings near the motor needed to be greased. They took care of us and did not charge us and showed me where to grease this and what to use to avoid another service call. read more
