I am extremely disappointed with the price I was charged. This company replaced only four garage door springs and performed a balance service. They did not replace the opener box, chains, or any other major hardware. Despite the limited work performed, I was charged $2,232 (nearly $2,300 after the credit card processing fee). I feel this price was extremely high for a basic spring replacement service. I recommend getting multiple estimates before agreeing to any work. read more

Those that follow me know I don't mess around. I call it like I see it... Hands down, this company saved my butt... maybe even my good standing with my employer to. I had called another Door Company (National) and they said they would show, but never saw them. After several days and a weekend, I called All Pro... Their Tech was very busy, but.... I am really not impressed with the customer service. I called to have someone come out to look at and possibly repair our sliding gate opener. The gentleman that returned my call said to just keep tweaking it like I have because a new opener would cost $3200, and if he tried to repair it, it would cost that anyway. The issue I have is 1) No one came out to even look at it 2) he is brushing me off before even looking at it 3) he is assuming that we wouldn't pay $3200 to have a new opener installed. I contacted Star Gate and Fencing, they were out in a few hours and readjusted and greased the opener and said the problem was with the freezing temperatures, the cogs were freezing to the rod and the grease should help. Total repair: $185. Way to go All Pro Door, you lost a would be customer. read more

Don't know the type of work they do so you'll have to judge for yourself but we have a broken roll up door at our business that I needed repaired, I received a call back and described the problem. The person asked me a series of questions including size, what type of door, etc, seemed like we were making progress. Then, he asked how old the door was which I replied at least 20 years old. The man literally started laughing like I just told the funniest joke he ever heard and asked what I was thinking about doing about it. He said roll up doors last 2-3 years and repair would cost as much as a replacement. Maybe he should ask that question first and not be rude trying to embarrass a potential customer. In any case, we'll replace the door with a different company, they probably do a fine job but customer service skills leave a lot to be desired read more

Our garage door stopped working just after one of the springs broke. All pro door was highly recommended to me by one of my friends so I looked them up. They were easy to schedule and their service was prompt. Most of all, not only did Brian the technician know exactly what was needed, but he checked the entire door assembly and answered any questions we had. Tech (Craig) came out within an hour to deal w an emergency situation - and immediately spotted another potentially big problem (badly frayed cable) I didn't know I had. Reinstalled my GDO,, put in a new cable, made all necessary adjustments to both door and opener, lubed everything, + fixed some minor things done half-way by a prior vendor. Price was extremely reasonable. Couldn't recommend them more highly. read more

Called up for service, the guy came on time. He came in and snap the door back in (I tried and I couldn't do it) and it took him about 2 minutes to do it. He then left me with a $50 bill, which in my opinion is steep for such little work, hence the 2 stars. read more

They (person's name was Rob) quoted me $655.23 to fix a sliding gate. They said a couple of parts needed to be replaced. I said no thanks. They offered to email me an invoice to look over in case I changed me mind. I had them my email address and the two men left. I called a friend over to look at it and he laughed when I told him what these people were trying to charge me. He fixed it in 10 minutes and didn't need to replace any parts. They never sent me an invoice to even look over; probably because they were on their way to try and rip someone else off. Without resorting to name calling and accusations, simply just stay away from these people. They do offer a "free" estimate lol. Nice try Rob. read more

Travis has worked on our garage door for years. But, today I was especially impressed. I love the fact that I can text him pics of my door and he gets right back to me. I know that I can call a bunch of garage door companies to figure out a good deal. But, today he really showed his value. I was heading out the door to discover the the kid had left a bike in the way of the garage door and that the safety feature couldn't catch it. The garage door was totally bent in half. No worries! I continued along with my day and he showed up to secure my house while my house was totally exposed. He secured my house while I attended my other events and called me a few times to discuss what he was doing and then offered me the least expensive option.
