I think these guys should change their company name to White Knight Overhead Door! Came home to find the door off the tracks and throwing wheels. Naturally, my husband was out-of-town and it was 6 pm and there was no way I was going to be able to close the garage door by myself. I called them, after-hours, and they sent someone promptly. My spring for the garage door broke, it is a standard 2 car garage, I called 2-3 places and for the replacement of the spring and LABOR the cost was going to be around $280.00 to $300.00 dollars. Ok I said, then I called Green Eagle and talked to Robert, I told him I needed to replace the spring. He said that was going to be $165.00 and I said what is labor going to cost. After closing the door on my SUV, the garage door was stuck closed and the tracks were bent. After trying for about an hour to get it back to working myself, my wife suggested I needed help (in more ways than one). I called and spoke to Robert Wilson who immediately put my worst fears to rest. He told me that it could most likely be repaired for about $100 depending on parts cost. We agreed on a repair time that very same day. Cody came out after giving me a call to confirm the time, showed up on time and repaired it in about 20 minutes.
