The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. I had to constantly reach out to see where we were in line of customers, and when they were actually going to show up. When Josh did come, he rushed the job in order to get finished before the Fourth of July weekend so nails, wood, and concrete bags were left in both our yards and the neighbors yard. Because he rushed the job he never connected the new fence to our previous fence. The fence also started leaning not even five months after he finished the job. I did reach out a year later for him to come back and fix both of those problems. He never communicated when he was coming back or if he did the job. We noticed that he did indeed connect the two fences, but he never fixed the fact that the Fence was leaning. It's now two years later in the fence is incredibly wobbly and leaning more now than it ever has. I would not recommend him. You will, unfortunately just have to spend more money to fix his job.

Matt gave us a detailed itemized plan with cost breakdown with options, to finish off our basement. It was a 10 week plan and they finished early, in 7/8 weeks. Mid Feb to beginning of April. Through this process we were pleased with all of the options that were available to us as well as what we could buy on our own for them to install and credit back the quoted amount. Everyone from start to finish were masters at their craft. Framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and painting. Drywall was up in a day. They covered the floor so they would get the mess everywhere. The plumber even fixed the builders mistakes. (on a side note if you have any need for any of these services independently, call them, and they will help you). Aaron and Troy's craftsmanship on the trimming, flooring, and the custom made media cabinet were fantastic. All of our media was RF so no need to keep the door open to operate. They wired in the 85" TV, the fireplace underneath and the network cables all behind the wall to the custom made media cabinet to make sure all of the wires were hidden. They went to great care to maximize the space due to the low HVAC ducts and set up from the builder. They used laser guided framing to make sure the walls were straight and the built in surround sound with the sound bar really give it a superb finishing touch. When you're watching a baseball game and you can hear the crowd behind you, it really enhances the experience. If you have all of your options picked out and set, the process is seamless. Tom, the project manager really keeps these guys moving and on task. All of these guys are real personable and are on the ready to answer any questions you will have. Really impressed. If we ever move or are in need of another project, I would definitely call them again. VERY easy to work with.

If they want to argue about it with someone who has been in the roofing and insurance business for over 10 years with my roofing business back home we can take these claims to subrogation and court and have engineers take a look at all these "wind damaged" shingles. Try me. Trust me 40-56 mph winds will not do these types of damages where your shingle is rated for 50-60 mph winds and architectural shingles rated for 75+mph winds Im from Texas and have been in the area visiting and have friends here that have told me to take a look at their roofs after these guys from American Home Tech have inspected their roofs. These guys can't even look at me in the face when I'm talking about it on the roof. One of the guys admitted to me and stated that's why he wants to become an adjuster and do right instead of wrong because of their "standards". These are man made creased back shingles!! If they are committing damages to your roof why would you trust them? These contractors are salesman at the end of the day and if theres no work of course they're going to create damage and say your roof is completely damaged because they know you won't get on the roof! Don't be such a fool! I will be buying more chalk because I didn't expect to see this. I will be posting more photos of fraud damages once I inspect what they are claiming "wind damage" on my other friend's homes. And from what I've seen they are all the same just on different roofs. It's obvious when you have a person know what they are looking at.
