When you push on the task bar there are no parts or pages it takes you to. They wanted me to print off paperwork for her visit but neglected to tell me that the paperwork was in a 24 hour porthole. What?? I had to make the appointment two months ago so I was just counting on the fact that the paperwork they sent me was in an appropriate e-mail with an attachment to print. Oh well. I also never received an appointment reminder. I'm glad that I wrote down the time and day of the appointment. They might be great dentists but I see where people would just be turned off by the technicalities. A functioning website is a must have in todays world and portholed paperwork??? whatever.

They treat the whole family there with one side being dedicated to adults and the other side treating only children. My three-year-old loves getting her "treat token" for being good and using it to get a bouncy ball on the way out. I think that's the only reason she cooperates! All the staff have been very friendly. I've only had one acute (non-routine) visit and they got me worked in super fast. Dr. Brad Adams is genuinely very nice and I feel comfortable in his care. The practice is very modernized (my previous dentist was still paper charting) and very clean. I highly recommend!

On my Thursday afternoon appointment I was scheduled for 3:30 I wasn't seeing till after 5 p.m. at which time him and his nurse by their self in the closed doctor's office quickly drilled three teeth and filled them all at the same time, when I asked for gas for relaxation I was told the doctor Carlyle doesn't like to give Medicaid patients gas it would only have cost him $0.02 to give me the gas and my Medicaid pays for it. when I asked for pain relief afterwards to go home I was denied that as well hurriedly escorted to the front door. I felt humiliated I had to go back and see his staff again and this time I had to get another feeling and have my gums cleaned with a needle I was once again denied gas and told that dr. Rick Carlisle does not like to give Medicaid patients gas for relaxation even though Medicaid pays for it and I was also denied pain medicine again after having another feeling and my gums surgically cleaned. I do not recommend that you go to see dr. Rick Carlisle unless you're paying him with cash or with some kind of accepted insurance besides Medicaid you will not be treated correctly.

I started taking my toddler here too and they've been patient with him and he loves it!! Now bringing my 18month old soon. I love how all the staff greet you I've never had bad encounters with any of them. They always seem to have a smile on their face and enjoy their job and I never felt judged by any of them it's an amazing place I hope soon their star rating can go up to a 4.5 and above soon.

The last time I was there, my appointment was at 4pm. I was there at 3:45pm and a guy who checked in at 4:30 for a 4:45 was seen within 10 minutes and I was still waiting to be called back. I got a lame excuse about Hispanics coming in for walk-ins and that set them back a bit. Sadly it takes me at least 2-2.5 hours to be seen every time I go there. I will be changing my doctor back to the one I was seeing 30 miles away. Even with the drive, It will be a lot faster.

They administrative staff made the admission and discharge process simple and understandable to my mother and our family. The level of care was just as high as their level of consideration and compassion for the residents. I was always greeted with a smile and good conversation. They made my mother and family feel like they were part of their Kindred family and made up feel right at home. I enjoyed the experience so much that a couple of years later, Kinston Rehab was one of my 1st choices that I sought for employment, after graduation from college.
