I've been a patient with LaFevers Dental for over a year and I haven't had any complaints they have always been so understanding, organized and professional. I started taking my toddler here too and they've been patient with him and he loves it!! Now bringing my 18month old soon. I love how all the staff greet you I've never had bad encounters with any of them. They always seem to have a smile on their face and enjoy their job and I never felt judged by any of them it's an amazing place I hope soon their star rating can go up to a 4.5 and above soon. read more

Dentist offices have become nazis they won't give you anything to help with the mind numbing pain that has to deal with your teeth coming out of your head but when you have an infection and they won't even prescribe you an antibiotic b/c they say they have been trained to not "overprescribe". They aren't even under prescribing. Or prescribing in the first place. This is bullshit they treat you like second rate dope fiends anytime you can't deal with pain. They ripped a tooth out my head even though I had an infection they never prescribed me anything after yanking it out other than the numbing agent. I have a knot in the side of face and they don't even prescribe me any antibiotics once they see me again b/c of a "what if" they say I may have a toothache in the future I mean c'mon man that's bs read more

My daughter have been twice and I really like this dental office. They have a really great team that worked hard together to get my daughter the treatments that she needed. I am in the process now of moving my entire family dental work here. The office environment is great and the staff appeared to really enjoy their jobs. read more

I had my first appointment at Lafevers this morning and was very impressed with them. I was a new patient, so after doing the necessary paper work they quickly got me ready to go. There was almost no wait, even though they were busy. They were super professional, as well as quick and efficient. The dentist and hygienist were VERY knowledgeable and I felt like I was in good hands. Warm and friendly staff who almost made going to the dentist enjoyable. Gave the office two visits hoping I got a bad technician the first time. I am a dental assistant in the USAF so I know what to expect in a clinical setting regarding sterilization and how to prevent cross-contamination (aka spreading "germs" from one patient to the other). I took my child to the office for two visits, both exam and cleanings. Very kind people, the office looked clean and really kept up. The problems didnt start until we went back to the dental room: 1. I noticed no plastic barriers on the dental light, which was touched after being in my daughters mouth. With the amount of ppl they see, using the appropriate level of disinfectant would erode their light. So plastic barriers would be required. 2. Nobody, yes nobody! used hand sanitizer or washed their hands before or after taking off their gloves. Disgusting. 3. Same technician was touching the already opened clean (?) instruments used on my daughter with her bare unclean hands before putting on gloves. 4. While the technician was cleaning my kids mouth she was touching the keyboard, her mic she used to talk with the other technicians handing from her scrubs, the computer mouse and chair with gloves covered in my daughters saliva and polishing paste. Thats how you cross-contaminate diseases and other "germs" from other patients to the next unsuspecting patients. This post is just to shed some light on the very lax infection control practices at this clinic. Yes doctors and technicians are supposed to clean their hands before and after gloves with soap or hand sanitizer, their not supposed to touch anything they don't have covered in plastic or cant clean with a disinfectant...and absolutely no touching sterilized instruments with bare hands. Imagine having a dirty instrument going into your gums?! All of this is to prevent patients contracting anything from the patients before them or from their own staff. Educate yourselves people!! Don't let clinics get one by you just to save a buck cutting corners on cleaning practices!! read more

I love this place. I used to dread going to the dentist, but since I became a patient here, I actually look forward to it. The staff and dentists are friendly, knowledgeable, and explain everything in as much detail as you need. I would give 5 stars, but the one drawback is that they only do morning appointments. I work an odd schedule, and later in the afternoon would better fit my schedule. Otherwise, excellent and I highly recommend! I had to go there this morning for my first appointment for me, this is where I bring my children to get their dental work done but I have never been here for myself. I was embarrassed that I had to have dental work done and the staff here went out of their way to make me feel better and to put my mind at ease about the work I had to have done. Every time I come here, whether for me or my children, I am reaffirmed and my decision to come here for our Dental Care because the people here are Beyond incredible I will always be grateful to them for everything they do. read more

This place is AWFUL!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! My whole family went there last year and they scammed us into services that we not covered by our insurance company, after insisting prior to that they would be covered. After they got back from their office cruise to Jamaica, they had the nerve to call me and argue that I owed money.I said, "you told me it was covered" to which they replied "we can tell you whatever we want, doesn't mean its true." We never went back. Its now a year later and we have moved out of town and started with a new dentist. We have had to have our son's sealant replaced and my husband and I have to replace the shoddy work Lafever's team did exactly one year ago. They make you think they're doing great work since they have a fancy office with tvs in every room and massaging chairs. But its crap work. Only go here if you don't mind paying for services after they lie to you and want crappy work done on your mouth. read more

My mother had a crown fall off and Dr. Lafevers' team re-glued the crown and charged $221.00. Ten days later the same crown fell off and they charged her $115.00 to have fix it. I think they are taking advantage of the elderly without insurance!! read more
