I didn't…read morehave a dentist here and quite honestly, it had been a while since I had an actual regular dentist. I had been looking, online, and found Dr. McCarthy. I had been "just looking" on previous occasions, loved her website, but had not made up my mind until I was actually in desperate need. Others popped up in the search, but her office was the first one I called. I guess it just felt right. I left a message and they got back to me right away. We set up an appointment to check out the tooth. Everyone I encountered were really great, made me feel at ease. Made another appointment to have tooth extracted, which was good being the morning of, it had gone nuclear in the pain dept. Again, the staff and Dr. McCarthy, made everything go along fine. So, that convinced me to see about becoming a regular patient. I recently had xrays, exam, cleaning... I cannot complain. They are awesome. I honestly couldn't ask for a better dentist or dental staff (especially, Betty, who did a great job on the heavy duty cleaning my toofers needed)!

The recyptionist is wonderful to talk with, she did not rush through my call and was able to get me in super quick. I was a few min late bc it's a little hard to find if your not from around here, but I was still seen in a timely manner. The dental assistant was a sweet heart and talked me through every thing she was doing. Best cleaning I've ever had. I was relaxed the whole time. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Already set up a visit for my toddler as wall as another cleaning for myself.

The Hygienist was friendly and helped me relax as a stressed out patient who does not like going to the dentist. I felt they made every effort to be thorough and not rush through things while ensuring that every detail was accounted for. I've had dentists that are obviously making stuff up like an untrustworthy auto shop trying to sell you stuff you don't need. I never felt that pressure here. I already have my next appointment set up and will go in with a lot less stress knowing I will be treated with respect for my time and concerns while taking good care of my dental needs.

From the moment I stepped into this office I felt so welcomed and calm. There was no judgement on my overdue need for a cleaning and the ladies were so helpful with giving me info and recommendations for addressing some things I wanted to improve with my oral care (like hot and cold sensitivity or remineralization after pregnancy)! The office was clean, cute, and the staff were kind and professional. I was also able to get an eligibility screening complete for overseas living (hello military) and overall I had a great experience! They worked diligently as a team to assure that I was comfortable at all times during my visit! Oh and funnnny! They had me laughing the entire time!
