Three little dings, one on a fender crease, all removed! Gone! Really amazing. They don't sand or paint away chips, but indentations come right out. I looked into a body shop fixing it, but doing "body work" to remove the dings would have been way more expensive! Add this shop to your car body care options. read more

I called and asked if I could make an appointment for them to pull out a dent. They asked was the paint missing, I said yes but it is tiny. She asked that I text her a photo of the dent so she could see it and give me an estimate. Awesome! As soon as I got off the phone, she texted me and then I sent photos. $125 and scheduled an appointment all over text message. Wonderful! And since some of the paint was gone, they would touch it up for me for free if I got the touch up paint. WOO HOO! Bonus. I arrived on time for my appointment and Jonathan greets me and is such a polite young man. He gets me to fill out some paperwork and then he come to my car to see the minor dent. No problem he says. David goes the work and he too come out and takes a look, he take my car and 40 minutes later it is ready for me to drive off. The dent is gone and the touch up looks great! He did recommend that I add another coat later. Will do! Great place! Everyone is super nice. I just sat in the lobby and watched Star Trek! How cool is that. They are streaming Star Trek in the lobby all day. I got to watch 1.5 episodes while I was waiting. I love Star Trek. Oh Next Generation for those that want to know which was streaming. Johnathan offered me some cold refreshing water which I accepted since I forgot mine at home. Each employee would come out and offer me water, very kind. A UPS delivery driver came in with a package and Johnathan offered the driver some water as well. So generous and kind of them to think of their customers and delivery drivers. This was such a good choice to have my small dent repaired, at a reasonable price compared to competitors in town. I walked in on a Friday, they were quick to provide me with an affordable estimate, and schedule me for the following week. I showed up then, they immediately took it back and started working on it, and I had paid and left in under an hour. My fiance took my car in for repair of dent. He took the car in for an estimate on Monday, 6/22/20. They quoted him $150.00. After attaining several quotes, we were very happy with the estimate and he called to find out when they could take in the car on Tuesday, 6/23/20. He dropped it off on Wednesday, 6/24/20 around 8:00 AM. The representative estimated about 1/2 a day of work and it would be ready the same day. We had to call around 3:00 PM as we had not heard anything. They called us back at 4:15 PM stating it was ready. We drove out to pick up the car and the picture below is what we saw upon arrival. During the quote, they advised my fiance they would also paint the dent as long as we supplied the paint. My fiance purchased the appropriate paint to complete the job. We were both not happy with the result. The representative came outside to inspect with us, by the way did not wear her mask, and all she did was wipe off the paint. She painted it again explaining they didn't do paint and the paint we provided from the manufacturer was very thin. I was not happy with her response and she was not happy. She proceeded to go back inside to get her manager. The manager was not nice either and not wearing a mask. She stated over and over they didn't do paint so we continued to state then why did you have us bring the paint. She kept pointing to the business sign stating they only do dents. Again, why did you indicate to bring the paint. My fiance even let her know when he attained the estimate, the representative stated they'd make the car look new. When you have a business and you make a promise, customers expect the promise to be delivered. Regardless they refunded me half the estimate to pay the technician, who was also not wearing a mask when he came outside. It turned into a big issue. We will not return. A family member referred us and the dent they had was worse and the job they had was done better. Unfortunately, we didn't have the same experience. The final product was not our expectation and I didn't pay to fight with anyone or get treated poorly. read more

I dropped my beloved Triumph motorcycle and put a nasty dent in my fuel tank. I called around to get estimates and came across Dents and Dings. Brandy followed up with me immediately and helped me find a time to come in and get it looked at. Once I arrived, the technicians came out and it looked like the dent was going to be much harder to fix that we had hoped. This is when a "Wizard named Mark" appeared. I pulled my bike back to the service bay and watched the impossible become possible right before my eyes. Mark was able to find a tool (I am assuming it was a magic wand) and proceeded to manhandle the dent out of the tank. I could not believe that dent was literally erased. Not only is the dent gone, but the cost ended up being less that I was quoted. I went to the Triumph dealership right after the repair and offered a free lunch to anyone that could find the dent. Needless to say, I still have lunch money :) Everyone I encountered at Dents and Dings went above and beyond to help me with this repair. I want to thank everyone for helping me fix my motorcycle. If I could have rated this place a NEGATIVE star I WOULD! So back in April I experienced hail damage to my 2014 Dodge Charger. I got the damage appraised buy my insurance company, and was informed that I would need PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) to repair the damage. So I took my vehicle to Miracle Auto Body, despite they were not in my network (convenience reasons). Miracle Auto Body informed me that they do not perform PDR themselves but they outsource to DENTS & DINGS. Since they outsource the work, I inquired about the quality of service done by Dents & Dings and was solicited that they were "Top of the line..., with 20ys of experience." Which in turn did not reflect in there service. Long story short, once my vehicle was "repaired," my wife went to pick up the vehicle and did a walk around/inspection of the vehicle. All the dents were removed, I have no complaints about that. BUT There were a number of other discrepancy found; pieces of the exterior paneling we out of alignment, as well as hanging off. Interior pieces of my trunk and doors were MISSING. My sunroof was out of alignment. And these were just the initial findings. Luckily, after drawn out pursuit the Auto Body shop took responsibility for the deficiencies. This caused me to be without my vehicle for an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks. All-in-all, if you want the dents removed from your vehicle AND your car returned to you without missing parts and a bunch of other problems....DON'T GO HERE!! read more

I called to ask if I needed an appointment for a hail estimate, I was told that no appointment was needed and to bring it in anytime and they would get me an estimate although it may take 15-20 min to write one up. No problem, I thought. I show up the next day, they tell me I would have to drop it off "for a proper estimate" and they wouldn't give me an estimate like they said they would on the phone. Had a store lot ding on my jalopy. Went through my Insurance, and got a quote from a mobile company. That is nearly $1000.00. Needed a second opinion. My local Body-shop suggested Dents&Dings. Called, 2106371139, I ask the clerk, Brandy, if I could drive over there / get a quote, and she says 'Ok come on over'. I was there but a few minutes when a Technician comes out to go inspect the dent. He tells me he can do the repair right then if I have half hour to spare. Quoting me less than copay, I agree, he takes my vehicle in to the WS and I go fill out some forms at the desk. Chatted to the Clerk for a bit when the Tech brings good news, the job is done. Not only did D&D repair the dent, the Tech also buffed the area around it where there is a few scuffs as well. Totally floored at such fast and great service. Reading their Cards of which I grab a few leaving reception, I notice that D&D gives a portion of every repair to the 'Wounded Warrior Project". The Shop is 1st east turn just north of Wurzbach on Nacogdoches. Something that good is a crime to not share! read more

I dropped my vehicle off for repairs on 8/11/16 location: Dents & Dings 11008 Iota Dr San Antonio TX 78217 The repair process took over 3 weeks, throughout this process I was treated unfairly. I still have not received my vehicle back so I am not able to comment on the quality of the repairs. At this time I am referring to the way I was treated while my car was being repaired. I repeatedly requested status updates. I was not given status updates in a timely manner, instead I continuously had to call the office for updates. There has been more than one occasion when I was told my vehicle would be ready on a certain day. When that time and day came I was then told my vehicle was not ready. During these times I had to make arrangements to take off work and get a ride to pick up my car. I was offered a loaner car, only to be told later that car was not available and I could use a car that had a dent in the rear door. I made arrangements to get off work and get a ride to pick up that car. I was told once I arrived that the vehicle did not have insurance and I would have to use my own. I was not able to use my own insurance for fear that an uninsured driver could hit the vehicle and I would be held responsible. I requested the supervisor give me a call. I attempted to explain how I was treated, to her. The supervisor responded very defensively, rude, and unapologetic toward my situation. She repeatedly interrupted me as I tried to explain how I was treated. She let me know she did not feel I was treated unfairly and the company would not be taking any action to compensate me for the frustration, inconvenience, misinformation and lengthy delays. I am truly dissatisfied with the service I have received from your company. Your company was recommended to me by a friend however I would not feel comfortable passing this company along to my family and friends as a recommendation. read more
