    My fiance took my car in for repair of dent. He took the car in for an estimate on Monday, 6/22/20. They quoted him $150.00. After attaining several quotes, we were very happy with the estimate and he called to find out when they could take in the car on Tuesday, 6/23/20. He dropped it off on Wednesday, 6/24/20 around 8:00 AM. The representative estimated about 1/2 a day of work and it would be ready the same day. We had to call around 3:00 PM as we had not heard anything. They called us back at 4:15 PM stating it was ready. We drove out to pick up the car and the picture below is what we saw upon arrival. During the quote, they advised my fiance they would also paint the dent as long as we supplied the paint. My fiance purchased the appropriate paint to complete the job. We were both not happy with the result. The representative came outside to inspect with us, by the way did not wear her mask, and all she did was wipe off the paint. She painted it again explaining they didn't do paint and the paint we provided from the manufacturer was very thin. I was not happy with her response and she was not happy. She proceeded to go back inside to get her manager. The manager was not nice either and not wearing a mask. She stated over and over they didn't do paint so we continued to state then why did you have us bring the paint. She kept pointing to the business sign stating they only do dents. Again, why did you indicate to bring the paint. My fiance even let her know when he attained the estimate, the representative stated they'd make the car look new. When you have a business and you make a promise, customers expect the promise to be delivered. Regardless they refunded me half the estimate to pay the technician, who was also not wearing a mask when he came outside. It turned into a big issue. We will not return. A family member referred us and the dent they had was worse and the job they had was done better. Unfortunately, we didn't have the same experience. The final product was not our expectation and I didn't pay to fight with anyone or get treated poorly.

After my vehicle was struck in an accident, entrusting them with its repairs proved to be a severe mistake. Throughout the entire process, communication was virtually non-existent. I found myself repeatedly hunting down the estimator simply to get basic updates on my vehicle's status. The lack of transparency was incredibly frustrating. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I discovered that parts had been carelessly snapped and broken off during the dismantling process. It appeared the shop prematurely assumed my vehicle would be surrendered to the insurance company, despite the fact that a final decision had not yet been reached between the insurer and myself, the rightful owner. When I brought this additional damage to the estimator's attention, he dismissively stated that he would "speak to his employees to see if they damaged my vehicle." This dismissive and evasive response was highly insulting, as it is highly unlikely his staff would admit to causing and attempting to hide the damage. To compound the issue, when the tow truck arrived to relocate my vehicle, I found that some of my car parts had been entirely "forgotten" and left behind by the shop. Following these events, I received an email from the owner offering no actual resolution, stating only that the facility would "look into the matter." I am still awaiting his findings and a formal response to my complaint. I strongly advise anyone seeking reputable, careful, and communicative auto repairs in the San Antonio area to take their business elsewhere or at the very least, meticulously document and photograph the repair process.
