After they had it for 3 weeks we had a call because they lost the key to the locking wheel locks, we took the spear key to find our New Truck full of dirt & leaves! They had taken the 2 doors off the truck & left it wide open! It was full of DIRT! We were told "Oh, we'll clean it up, it will be fine." When we got it back they had cleaned it up, it smelled so bad of DIRT I had to roll the windows down on the drive home to breath. We were asked if we gave a good review they would have the truck detailed. We agreed thinking we had no choice to try to get the truck cleaned. When we dropped it off for the detailing, I showed them the engine that was also covered in dirt. They had it detailed, but it still smelled of DIRT. We asked to have the air filter changed & Ray agreed to do it. Well 5 months later NO air filter, No phone call, NO nothing. Please don't let them do to you what they did to us. We No longer have a NEW TRUCK it still smells of DIRT.

He said I'd be amazed with the results, I wasn't expecting perfection, but what I paid is expect better. In front of front tire this "paste" was left. He said it'd turn to powder and wipe off, it didn't and the parts that did left dark paint. The 2 doors are bumpy and the paint to fix it underneath is still visible. In front of the back tire, they tried to paint and the paint peeled off. He said he'd come back to buff it out. I ended up getting rid of the car.

Having a European car in the Texas Hill Country can be a challenge when it comes to getting it…read moreserviced. When that car is 18 years old, the challenge is even greater. I've taken my car here for a couple of issues, one was major and pretty straight forward, the second was even more time consuming because it was much less straightforward. The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it!
