I was extremely happy with the level of service we received. Dr Tiffany is absolutely lovely and used her warm personality to help us through some fairly intensive calculus removal! Her assistant (who's name I have forgotten) was also lovely. We had booked in for the check up, X-ray and clean deal under private health insurance - it ended up costing us $150 each outside the gap but for the work that Dr Tiffany did (and considering we both had had a very significant lapse in visiting the dentist) that seemed to me as being a good price. My husband will be returning for fillings, and we will also be returning regularly to keep our teeth in order from now on! What a pleasure to find such a great health supplier! I felt very comfortable asking any questions that I had about the procedures/treatment. Dr. Patterson's assistant Loretta was lovely and gave me a lot of informative and personalised insight into the specific orthodontic treatments that were suitable for my teeth and the pricing options for each of them felt very reasonable and affordable.

The new orthodontist had it fixed in 4 weeks at about one tenth the cost. The premises are bright and modern but it is really like a factory. One of those was a 'consulting' visit. Of the remaining seven, 4 were to fix the brace that had come off. Only 3 appointments actually provided orthodontic treatment. At less than twenty minutes for each appointment that is over $8,500 an hour. If you take actual time with a dentist (at most 5 minutes a visit) then you are talking $26,000 an hour. I can come to no other conclusion that this place was over-servicing us and under-providing. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I was given the Email contacts of the dentists involved with me, I can contact them any time with questions and concerns. WOW! Just to have a tooth removed or cleaned I got headphones to listen to music of my choice while having the procedure. I forgot I was at the dentist. They have the latest modern technology, which makes it a fast and reliable diagnosis and treatment. My tooth was removed within minutes, pain free, because of the modern techology. I always felt safe in the hands of these dentists. I had my crowns done earlier, and I am considering a second major dental work now.
