So my daughter decided to use her power wheels to alter the contour of a neighbors car. This unfortunately sent me on the hunt for a paintless sent repair company. On initial contact they were very responsive, professional and was able to schedule a at home appointment relatively quickly. During the call, I learned that they spend a lot of time at the dealerships which gave me the confidence that they would do an excellent job. As it turned out a number of my neighbors had dents they wanted removed as well. So I pulled up Yelp and reached out to a couple of dent repair companies. Dentworks was fast to respond and seemed reasonably priced. I told them my story and with all the potential work, they agreed to come out on a weekend. Well unfortunately when he showed up, my car was the only car that he felt was eligible for paint less dent repair. I felt really bad about dragging him out on a weekend. But I really appreciated 3 things about him: 1) despite the lack of work on a Saturday, he remained very positive and pleasant. Did not seemed bothered at all. 2) gave me a fair price for the work and did a great job 3) he was willing to walk away from work. He was not overly greedy. There was one car that was already in bad shape. And we said look it is ok if it is not perfect. Just make it better. He felt bad for charging us, gave us some tips and turned down the opportunity. The Porsche dealership had this company remove a dent as part of a due bill when the vehicle was purchased. Upon picking up the vehicle, the dent was not removed and actually looked worse in my opinion. When the vehicle was purchased, my sales advisor sent this company photos of the dent and the response back was that it could be removed without issue. If I had known the outcome prior, I would have left it alone until it could be done correctly. Unfortunately, there was another smaller dent that was to be removed as well and it was never touched. Perhaps this is a good thing. I'm not sure how much the Porsche dealer paid for this service, but it was a loss all around. What an absolute shame!! Took my car to BMW dealership during that visit got a dent on my car they sublet the repair to this guys Dentworks they remove my dent 80% but I went from having a dent to them drilling a hole on side of the body weld, piss me off the dent was on the right rear fender technician got lazy and instead of removing the inner fender wheel cover he decided to drill a whole and patch with a black plastic cover, zero stars if I could they should ask the owner of the vehicle if it's okay to drill a freaking hole on my car regardless of make and model specially on high end vehicle!... wtf!. I used Dent works previously and expected cost to be similar since this work took only 15 minutes to repair 3 baby dents. I was charged $200.00 for the 15 minutes and the dents are all still visible. This is not a body shop but a hack job that should not cost so much. Buyer beware! read more

All I can say is WOW. I've never had a service like this done. Really convenient how they come to the house. I worked with a gent named Brian who was very diligent with phone calls and scheduling. He was on time and really fast. I couldn't believe it took him under 30 minutes.. crazy. Could not have been happier. It was a small job (evidently a truck or SUV had backed into my hood and left a silver-dollar ding) but I called on a Sunday P.M. and they were over to the house by 10:00 the next morning. We agreed on what I thought was a very fair price. Left him (regretably I neglected to get his name) to do his thing and went up to my office. About ten minutes later I'm hearing a hammer and thinking there is no way they are going to take a dent out with a hammer - especially when there is an underpanel which won't allow him to get to the dent from underneath. But he did - pefectly, I mean p-e-r-f-e-c-t-l-y. Finished in about 30 minutes. Our family was in the middle of moving chaos. We had to be out of our old home by 10/24 and couldn't be in the new home until 11/1 even though we literally just moved 4 houses up the street in Fallbrook :(! So we made a stay-cation out of it at a beautiful resort in Carlsbad with a little awkward underground parking. Going out for dinner one night, looking in my rear view mirror, I mistakenly hit the banged the driver's side door with one of the concrete pillars. My new husband although he looked like he was going to blow a gasket, he thankfully didn't. Instead immediately rather than going to dinner we started looking into getting some autobody repair quotes. We first stopped in a hole in the wall kind of place in San Marcos that would charge where the man covered in grease, who failed to zip up his zipper quoted $450 out the door because of our specialized blizzard pearl paint on our formerly beautiful 2011 Toyota Highlander. We saw another more professional location in Carlsbad that quoted $1200+. However, we literally struck gold because the serviceman was a former Marine like my husband (OOH RAH!) highly recommended Bryan of Dentworks, a mobile, come-to-you company that specializes in removing dents at much more minimal costs than most autobody repair companies typically charge. Because where the vehicle was hit is metal, we were praying that the paint didn't de-laminate itself with the bang so we could just buff it out upon repair. The goal was to spend less removing the dent and then get a paint job if necessary because moving adds some many additional costs, our goal was to save as much money as possible without sacrificing quality. WITH DENTWORKS WE DID JUST THAT! Bryan was beyond PROFESSIONAL! He was AMAZING and truly made a believer out of my husband and I who at first were a little reluctant but thought, what did we have to lose? Bryan arrived just on time and showed my husband that he deserved not just our business but our respect. He was extremely knowledgeable and such a hard worker. He worked nearly an hour on our vehicle in removing the major bang. As an added bonus, he even assisted us with two minor ones that we didn't even know how they got there as a professional courtesy. While he was working on the car, my husband and I voted, ran in-town errands and picked up our son from school to come home to a beautiful restored car. Bryan did such an INCREDIBLE JOB for an even more UNBELIEVABLE, ROCK BOTTOM PRICE. My husband's friend later took his buffer and was even able to get most of the discolorization off. So even though the car still isn't 100% as far as paint's concerned, Bryan saved us the costs of having to go through insurance, paying a deductible and possibly higher premiums to fix this costly fender bender. Had two dents, each about 8 inches long on the driver side doors. Car was only a year old so I wanted to get it repaired. I got two quotes that were 1,200 $ and $1,400 !! These repairs would have had to sand the paint off and put in filler. I also got a quote for paint less dent repair. Person said it would take several days and cost $800 !! I went to the Nissan collision center and they recommended dent works-that is who they use. Dave from Dentworks came to my house this morning to fix a large dent in the front fender of my Corolla. (My car was dented in the parking lot at a tennis tournament -- this is the kind of parking situation where there's a parking attendant who directs cars into parking spots. These attendants don't pay a lot of attention, and they direct the cars to park too close to each other. The guy next to me in a van did the damage to my car with his door. I didn't see the damage until I returned after the event. The guy who damaged my car was long gone. Very frustrating and sad!) Anyway, Dave came out and fixed the dent.
