I got my car fix for 45% less than the quote JJ gave me. This particular shop has prices way higher than the dealership Field BMW. When I went to get my car back, I told one guy they will be out of business soon and he said No I do not think so we are busy. I wish them the best of luck but when someone acts cokie they would not last long. Again I wish them the best but before you make a decision to leave your car in this shop please take the quote somewhere else and you will get a way better price. Also when you take your vehicle there, with the problem you're bringing the car for, you will come out with 5 other problems lol. My quote came to over $5K and I had to laugh. The same problems the car had were going to be fixed for my car for less than $3K. That's a big difference. Please before leaving your car with JJ, take the quote to another European shop and I will bet you will get a way better price. I am not sure how they are getting a 5 Star review in Google either they are paying someone for those or they are asking their customers to give them a a 5 star review. Asked the guy and he told me it was like that. He said dealers hide scratches and after detailing they show. I understand that but the problem is that i own my vehicle for 5 years now and is not the first time to get it detailed. I've been coming there for years and I must say the customer service was great before but it's even better now. Purchased a transfer case for an old jaguar i was rebuilding, rebuilt a mini cooper with parts from there, and a mercedes. I have only one complaint and it isn't a bad one. I like mostly German cars and they dont carry much european inventory. which is understandable it being in what used to be a small town where everyone mostly drives american pick ups and SUVs. I must say I would be happy if i started seeing more german inventory. Other than that. Great place. Great inventory. And great people with lots of knowledge!
