I went into the Dartmouth location last week to get the side skirt replaced on my Mustang. I had it…read morepainted and ready to go. I was told what clips I needed and to stop in after I got them, didn't need an appt., as it was a small job. After a couple of visits to Ford where I was given the wrong clips twice, the service person finally told me that I couldn't get the clips I needed without buying the whole piece, aka a new side skirt which would need to be painted. So I went back to Chapman's and they were able to put on the skirt with the old clips, which appeared to be in decent condition. The job was quick and done on the spot and he didn't even charge me!!! I was shocked and that kind gesture has left a lasting impression with me. Good people, all friendly and professional. I will take my car there when I need bodywork and would certainly recommend them to anyone who asks.
