Have always had friends take us to/from the airport or left a car there -- but unusual circumstances had husband traveling today and wife to another destination -- so shopped around in the wee small hours for a possible ride service to get husband home to Castle Rock. Found several, requested quotes, etc. -- but Denver Concierge was the ONLY one that called me with the information AND emailed me back. Very professional, and quite kind in accommodating our last minute traveler this morning. Excellent driver, gracious and professional. I don't think we will ever leave a car at the airport again when we can have door-to-door service with the pros! So very impressed --- went with my instincts on all the options I was exploring and my instincts were spot on. I cannot say enough positive things about their service. I was planning a surprise party in which we needed transportation to/from the CU Buffs game (Denver/Boulder). Coordinating with Farid was super easy and he was always quick to get back to me (which I was especially happy about since I was planning this surprise from Los Angeles). I booked the Sprinter Van Party Bus, which fits about 14 people. Perfect what what we needed. Farid took our drink order ahead of time. We had some last minute changes to the itinerary which Farid had no problem with. I traveled from NY to Colorado on a late evening flight that was delayed by nearly 2 hours. Since Farid of Denver Concierge Limo was planning to meet me at the airport at 11pm, I called him from NY to say we would be late. He told me not to worry and said he would be watching the flight for arrival time. I booked Farid's Denver Concierge Limo on the basis of the number of great reviews on YELP. Happy to say that those were all spot on. Farid was terrific; on-time and waiting with cold beverages upon our arrival at DIA. He was transporting six (6) of us and en route to our destination, recommended we stop and visit Red Rocks Amphiteatre - so we did. He made the unscheduled stop and waited patiently while we toured the area. No extra charge. Our return trip to DIA was also on-time and excellent. IMHO the most important qualities in a limo service are safety, reliability and professionalism. Farid rates A+ on all aspects. We hired Denver Concierge Limo for a birthday party for my cousin. There were 11 of us. They picked us all up at the house and took us around for the entire evening to several stops. They communicated very well prior to the evening regarding our needs. They picked us up and dropped us off and picked us up several places without issue. They had to switch cars halfway through the night, and my sister left a bag in the other car. They went to retrieve it while we were in the club and all went off without a hitch. They were professional and courteous throughout the night. Cheaper than the competitors though could not have asked for more in terms of customer service and overall experience. He drove all over the city to find my brand of La Marca Prosecco for my Mercedes sprinter party bus on the way up to Beaver Creek for my bachelorette! Farid is nothing short of amazing. Outside of a great price, Farid provided us with the best experience from Denver to Keystone (about 1.5 - 2 hours outside of Denver) He was super patient even though our flight was running a little behind and immediately greeted us with waters and a smile. Before we got to our destination, the 7 of us were able to stop to pick up our groceries, lunch and anything else that we needed. On the way back to the airport it was snowing and Farid picked us up early and got us back to the airport safe and sound. He even got a great group photo for us. Farid was by far the nicest and most accomodating Limo driver I've ever had. The price was more reasonable than competitors. He even had a cooler and ice for the beverages we brought with us (which was preplanned for and asked for). I rented the nissan transport van for budget reasons but it was nice and clean on the inside. He was a safe driver and got to our pick up time early. Most of our communication was through text message which was fine by me because than I had a record of what was talked about. Will use them again if I need another limo. read more

Although I was nervous that Farid did not take a deposit the service was excellent. He came right on time or 2 minutes late and the vehicle was nicer than I imaged. Seating for 11 of us to go from home to the wedding including 8 bridesmaids a couple mother's and the bride. Plush clean leather seats with seat belts and waters everywhere.
