There was plenty of parking. Check in was a breeze as it usually should be. My room was perfect - had 1 king size bed and plenty of room. The bed was solid and firm. Everything clean. I really liked the decor and design here, everything is updated well and loved the black slate tile floors throughout the hotel and in the bathroom. It's also relatively near the airport and pretty close to other places to eat and shop. So overall I was really happy here, good sense of quality here and I would definitely recommend staying here and will look to do so the next time I am in Denver.

By the time we realized it wasn't cooling down, our kids were asleep, so I didn't want to try and switch rooms. Coffeemaker plug and tv remote did not work either. Although the fitness center was big, there was no water available. For $200/night, plus you had to pay for parking, this are little things that should not be an issue for that much. I brought these up with the morning desk clerk and she could've cared less. We tried to go through hotels.com for a partial refund for the lack of sleep we actually got due to the warm room, but the hotel denied. Just not the experience or customer service we expected for the price tag.
