Of course it is too late for me to find a new bounce house, I have called 5 companies in the area and they are all booked. Additional information: When I originally ordered the bounce house, I put down a $125 deposit. They called me a few days later to say the house that I booked was no longer available. They said they were refunding my deposit - it has been over a week and I have received no refund. Then I booked a similar house - and put down another $50 - no refund for that either. I will give it a few more days but I suspect I will be filing a police report.

It costs about $500 for 10 uplights, so it's not a cheap addition to a wedding. Many of the guests commented on how much they liked the lighting, and in all honesty I thought no one would notice. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because two different people gave me two different price quotes (one being $100 more expensive), but in the end they did honor the cheaper quote which was the right thing to do.

For a three‑hour event, the photographer delivered 42 photos total. When I asked for a group photo, he took one single shot of ~80 people; no backups, no variations. The photographer was not engaging, didn't work the room, and half of our guests didn't even know he was there. My coordinator even set expectations with the photographer at the start of the event, and he still failed to follow through. The photos I did receive were good, and people liked the concept, but the service delivered was nowhere near what was advertised (verbally & on their website). When I emailed the company to share this feedback, they offered a small refund and didn't even have the customer service to call me directly to discuss the situation. Thankfully, the event venue stepped in and made things right, but the photo booth company took minimal ownership for dropping the ball on a major life event I trusted them to capture. I strongly recommend using caution when booking a roaming photographer. Pay a little more and choose a company with real customer service and a guarantee that you'll actually receive the photos you're paying for.

I was informed very rudely that they were unable to open the file. I was surprised that I had to contact them in the first place, as you would think they would have checked the contract and let me know of any issues. I sent them a new one, and again no deposit was charged. A month or two passed, still no charge (eventually they did charge the deposit after I called concerned that we wouldn't have the date booked). The week of my event I emailed to confirm the date and time, not really trusting their track record for communication or organization. I've sent two emails, my event is the day after tomorrow and I have not heard from them at all. The one time I did call the person I talked to sounded like he had more important things to do than speak to paying customers. If I had more time I would book someone else.
