The vets I called lacked the sympathy and understanding. It seemed to be more of a business deal instead of the important last day for me and my pup. When I discovered CK9 veterinary, I called and talked to Dr. Clint, he was VERY sympathetic and calming. Just speaking with him gave me the peace I needed to ensure my dog was going to go in peace. On the day I decided to put my dog down, I called Dr. Clint and had a hesitation and ended my call before he answered. I received an immediate call back with reassurance and sympathy. There was no rush with Dr. Clint. Dr. Clint took the time to ensure I understood the process. He allowed me to walk out at anytime if needed. He provided so much comfort on what was the hardest day I've had to go through. Dr. Clint personally brought me back my paw print in between his busy day. Couldn't recommend Dr. Clint and his services enough. If you are on the fence about at home final care, I promise you - Dr. Clint is your guy. He cares more about you and your pup than you could imagine.

We have a…read moreShepherd/Cattle Dog mix (high energy, high intelligence), and before meeting Bruce, we had tried multiple trainers, most of whom were only okay. Initially, we knew some basic commands, but the biggest struggle we could not overcome was our dog's obedience or reactivity concerns. Before Bruce, our dog did not do well with other dogs and people on walks, and guests couldn't come to our home due to fear of being accidentally hurt by him. Our lowest point was when our boy bit a lady at a local Farmer's Market, where we were attempting to do some training with him, and he became startled. We utilized as much of the training we had worked on with other trainers, but it wasn't enough. That's when we called Bruce. Here's our experience: at the initial meeting, we were very impressed with Bruce's resume and we could tell by his skill-set that he would be able to turn our boy around. Bruce had over 15 years experience working with dogs who were relinquished due to aggression or behaviors at a local humane society, turning them into confident, obedient and adoptable dogs. Not to mention, he also trained in Germany for 3+ years overseas with a military-style training for police dogs. Bruce uses a combination of high-drive reinforcement and timely corrections One thing to keep in mind though, you get out what you put in. If you aren't willing to do the work, Bruce might not be the right guy for you. We were pretty motivated and found a lot of success with Bruce. Within the first few sessions, we saw noticeable changes in our dog's behavior; he was gaining confidence through the consistency and training Bruce taught us about. Bruce's ability to fine-tune all the mixed signals we were giving AND giving us detailed explanations of why they were important to correct, completely changed everything for us. He even explains the science behind some of the techniques, which we appreciated. Our closest family and friends knew all the struggles we had experienced with our boy before Bruce. They have been so impressed with how much progress our dog has made. We would absolutely recommend Bruce to anyone needing dog training. This was a stark contrast to a "professional trainer" (I will NEVER do business with nor recommend Canine Dimensions, particularly Summer Rhodes) who basically told me: (1) my puppy's behavior was beyond unnatural, and (2) I was not the right person for this dog, which was devastating to hear. We did…read morethe on-leash training with our dog Cheddar about a year ago and we couldn't believe the results. Cheddar would pull on the leash constantly and bolt any chance he could. A year later and we're almost done with off-leash training. Cheddar now comes back every single time without fail. This is a dog that would be halfway down the block if he slipped or broke his collar. We've also seen how much more confident and happy Cheddar is after his training. We can let him off knowing he will come back every time, and we're now even considering obedience competitions. We can't thank Randy enough for everything he's done for us.

Drew was very responsive and immediately took time getting to know our family's goals for dog training.
