Now that we have moved on to the home delivery service portion, it has been nothing but a nightmare. You will pick a day for your furniture to be delivered. However, they fail to mention all the "fine print." You cannot pick the time of when your furniture can come to your home. You will get an automated call two days before to give you a three hour window in which the trucker's route is in your city. If that time doesn't work you have to pick a completely different day, get called two days before for a new three hour window, & the process continues. Basically you could get your delivery time pushed out for weeks if are unable to be flexible to THEIR schedule. The region includes Tri-Cities, Grandview, Prosser, and Yakima - why can't the route be condensed to better accommodate customers? I called the store for more assistance multiple times for options & they have no control in helping the situation. The manager never called me as I expressed my concerns very politely to an associate over the phone. The customer service once you leave the store is extremely disappointing! Even as I'm typing this, I want to cancel the order from all the headache. We will be going to visit other small business furniture stores to make moving into a new home a much more personable experience!

We recently went looking for new bedroom furniture and stopped by a few local places.. Surprised…read morethat we found something we both agreed on at Mor Furniture.. The staff checked in on us a few times and was extremely friendly but we really just were looking and not ready to buy. We snapped a few photos of a couple items and went home.. The bedroom set we liked was on sale so I called back and spoke to someone who also was extremely polite and friendly just asking how long the sale was going on for. We decided to pull the trigger and go into the store Monday just a couple days after finding something we liked. The salesman who helped us this round also was extremely polite and friendly and made the entire transaction a breeze. We ended up buying a kitchen table and chairs along with our bedroom set as it was on sales and we just couldn't pass it up. Lead times on the bed set was great we've already confirmed that we can pick up this Sunday so we just waited 6 days for it to arrive. (we choose to pick it up ourselves because I'd like to save that hefty $350 delivery and set up fee) Our table and chairs before we purchased it we knew it was going to be 3-5 weeks for that to arrive which knowing that and not in dire need of it anytime soon is totally okay.. All in all we'll be back in a few months to buy more furniture as our experience has been nothing but positive thus far.
