I'm walking my dog along the outside edge of the parking lot and the manager comes out of the building, walks all the way up to me and starts yelling at me that I let my dog poop without picking it up. she had only pee'd, so i invited him to go look for the dog poop with me! this made him more upset and he started yelling about private property (the grass between the sidewalk and the outside edge of the parking lot is not private). we finally see that there was never any poop, but alas he becomes angrier still and tells me im banned and threatens to call the cops. absolute loser behaviour. (ps) i never see any business there and a lot of the parking lot is littered with their own warehouse trash

The couch and sofa showed up when we expected, which was great, but we were told the ottoman would be about 4 weeks out. 3 weeks later, they tell us it'll be another 4 weeks. Then again, 3 weeks later they tell us it'll be another 4 weeks. Happened once or twice more, so we called to cancel the order and get a refund, which they make very difficult because you can never actually get a hold of anyone. Then, one of the seams on the sofa cushion started to separate. So in November 2021 I texted the warranty number they provide when you purchase, they're actually pretty responsive and tell me they'll order a new cushion cover for me and have it delivered to my house, but will take 8-10 weeks. March 2022 comes around, and nothing, so I text the number again to ask what the status is and they say they'll find out and follow up. April 2022, I haven't heard anything so I follow up again, same answer. A couple weeks later I text again, and now they just straight up don't respond at all. I got ghosted on a warranty replacement of a seat cushion cover.
