Make sure you understand that IF you are foolish enough (like I was) to believe their sales office staff that your earnest money would be returned, only to hear the infamous "You should expect your refund in a couple of weeks. We can't do direct deposit, so it will be a check back". Bull! Their managers are as unreliable and untrustworthy as their underlings. And DO NOT TRUST THEIR SO-CALLED ELECTRONIC SIGNING SYSTEM. WE HAD A DOCUMENT THAT WAS ALTERED AFTER WE SUBMITTED IT! If there was a rating below minus -0 it still would be way above what these "With Us It's Personal", 'home developers' deserve.
