I didn't get what I hoped for. I spoke with a PA the first time who talked with me about treating certain areas of the face, but I was looking for her suggestions on how to improve my appearance overall. Being totally new to aesthetics, I didn't know what questions to ask, and she didn't offer a ton of guidance. I came back a second time for forehead botox and the doctor injected me. He appeared disheveled and didn't use any of the cooling or vibrating techniques to make the injections more comfortable. It was over in 5 minutes and he didn't take time to speak with me about my needs. Overall, I had an impersonable experience that I paid a lot of money for. I see a different injector now who sent me a plan for my face (before getting any work done) and is very detailed and thorough with her explanations. I feel so much better going to someone who is concerned about treating the whole face as opposed to just certain areas. Also, when you check out, there's an option to tip your injector, which I personally think is tacky. I don't know anything about treating veins at this location, but maybe they are much better at this service. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had several visits for laser ablation to close insufficient veins and injections for final closure. I experienced very little discomfort during the procedures. My treatments were done quickly and guided by ultrasound images. I voiced my concern to the tech on my final ultrasound who said it had nothing to do with my procedure and directed me to my PCP. Yeah right. Dr. Albert also did not do my procedures. His staff did. I now know of several other people that have been permanently damaged by his procedures with the same issues as mine. Please don't make the same mistake I did and suffer forever over it. I wish I had his personal cell so I could call him when I wake up with horrible pain in my feet in the middle of the night.

The employee who did the procedure for the first time pretended to be doing laser treatment, but she was not, and charged me $325! I know she didn't do anything because there was no sign of anything in my legs. But on the second treatment, they did something, and I could feel and see signs of the treatment. He was kurt, dismissive, & treated me differently from his rich clients. He has no bed side manner whatsoever! He made his staff timid & every single appointment I had, I could see that they were walking on egg shells around him. His team is also very bad at preparing clients for the aftermath of the surgeries. I was told this was a painless & minimally invasive procedure that would have me back to normal the next day which was so far from the truth. During the surgeries I could feel the burning of the catheter in my legs. When I told them, they just shot me with way more numbing medicine to the point where I still can't feel my thighs after all this time. On my last surgery there was a spot on my ankle where they removed a vein so huge that I started gushing blood when the nurse stood me up to help me get dressed. It's been three months later & my whole life routine has been completely scrambled. I've had to make many accommodations & it is taking over my day-to-day life & mental health. I believe Dr. Albert did way too much on my legs & now I'm suffering from 24/7 swelling that has caused me to not be able to wear any of my shoes or stand up from normal periods of time. My legs are extremely painful & tight all the time. The compression socks only relieve the swelling temporarily. It's not recommended to stay in the socks for long because they can begin to cut off circulation so when I take them off my legs & feet balloon back up immediately. I'm told to use heat all day everyday (that's unrealistic), so I use heat at night in bed & in the afternoon while I'm not busy, it does nothing at this point. Ibuprofen has stopped helping the swelling as well. His staff was very rude when I first called back in to get answers & more pain meds. They dismissed me & told me it's all "normal symptoms". THREE months after the procedure & suffering like this is not normal. Albert Vein has not once checked up on me to see how things are since the surgeries, BUT they have contacted me weekly since the last injection in November to hound me about the remaining 20% I owe from what my insurance paid. That's a complete joke! Albert Vein will NOT be getting another dime from me until I can get some answers & resolutions to my ongoing issues. At this point I wish I would have never even got the surgery. I'll never forget the front desk lady saying "I know it hurts right now but by summer time you're going to be so happy & showing off your legs." That couldn't be further from the truth! The scarring I have on my legs from all of the spots that they removed the veins is atrocious. I will be hiding my legs all summer & wouldn't dare to wear a dress, skirt, or shorts! All & all I think they have a very deceptive practice going on & I hope one day I will find relief from this horrific experience with them.

I tried the stockings and other remedies but, nothing worked. I once had a guy grab my shoulder from behind and tell me that I had a large caterpillar behind my knee. Once he saw it was an enlarged vein, we had a good laugh but, you can tell he was embarrassed. That is my story ... Let's look at the clinic. Dr. Kaufman is an incredibly talented professional and understands the word 'communication.' He talks in a way the common person can understand, but more importantly, he listens. He never interrupts anyone including his staff or the patient. He is great with the knowledge of his talents and his hands compare to the first chair violinist at the Philharmonic. It is hard to put into words of this talented doctor. Some words would be incredible, amazing, extraordinary and phenomenal. Dr. Kaufman has hired an incredible staff. His nurse's and receptionists are friendly, energetic and extremely confident with the tasks they perform. The Ultrasound Technician, which is critical for the procedures, knows the anatomy of the vein structures and communicates to Dr. Kaufman for the successful operation. Dr. Kaufman listens to the Ultrasound Technician and trusts her direction for him to move the surgical instruments to the correct placement. Again, this where Dr. Kaufman displays great leadership skills. He has assigned his staff their duties and he has the confidence that they will perform them without having to 'hover over' them to be sure it is done.
