Pay attention to Patty and Joy's reviews, because there is no "free lunch!" They advertise the vein consultation as free, but the ultrasound they give you without so much as a heads-up is NOT. I let the admin know I didn't think that was an acceptable business practice, to be ambushed with a $300 fee post-exam. Having said that, I was so impressed with Dr. Siroospour's thoroughness, knowledge, and bedside manner that I will likely be coming back for treatment in spite of this vexation. He had some kind of medical resident with him during the exam and was explaining everything he was seeing on the ultrasound to her in detail. I've seen various doctors over the years for my veins and was underwhelmed by both their attentiveness and their work. I told the doctor I wanted to get it done right this time, and I think his prescribed course of treatment sounds like it will. For contrast, at my Albert Vein consult recently, the doctor was almost curt, spent about two minutes with me, gave me an exorbitant quote (thousands more than what I got here), and everyone there seemed skeptical about my wanting to pay out of pocket. (I have a very limited kind of insurance right now, but I was gifted some money. They acted like I had The Poors.) I would not go here and get anything done by their laser machine. The Dr..may give better service but I wouldn't know because I wasn't serviced by him. During laser, you may be offered a touch up on other areas. You are given a quick second to make your descions on something that is PERMANET. Not good ethics even if you are trying to offer because you are putting a person on the spot and tempting them as if this treatment is not a big deal. Age 37 female. I had sclerotherapy (foam asclera) injections about 3 weeks ago on my left hand. It was to treat a damaged vein caused by an iv over a decade ago. Dr. Siroospour was very kind and patient to a VERY needle anxious patient. The treatment and recovery went great! May or may not need a second treatment (common with any sclerotherapy) , just depends on how my body absorbs the vein over time. I recommend him without reservation. I bought two treatments and when I called to schedule, they told me that the two treatments were actually only one visit and two "spots". Dr. Siroospour is wonderful! I have been going to his office for 5 years. I started with varicose and spider vein removal in my legs, and then I wanted to have my feet, and most recently, my hands, done this year. I have always had ropy veins that took several sessions for him to remove. He just charged one reasonable fee, no matter how many follow-up visits I had and requested. He is so professional and really wants to make even his pickiest patients satisfied. Pain control is always an option with him, too. His assistants are very helpful with all of my procedures, too. I usually pay attention to customer reviews before I go any places and I hope that my review will help someone to make an appropriate decision. Let me start with that I had a Groupon as a birthday gift to visit that clinic with FREE consultation and four (4) spider veins treatments. I scheduled an appt with them, came to the clinic. They looked at my veins, did an ultrasound and said that if I do the Groupon treatments (spider veins) this will only remove them for a short period of time and they will come back because I have bigger issues and my veins do not work the way they supposed to work (which is probably true, I know that I have varicose) Fine. They said that if I do treatment that they recommend, then the problem will be solved. OK! Then they asked me if I wanna run those treatments trough my insurance, and I said Yes of course. I do have an insurance and I wanna use it (note they asked me that after all the consultation and ultrasound was done). They said they will contact my insurance, tell them the procedures they need to do and see if my insurance will cover that treatment. Fine! Then they said since they are not using Groupon this time, I will be responsible for the consultation fee. I have paid my $40 co pay, give them my insurance info, and left waiting for whatever insurance will response. Then few days later I saw that they billed my insurance for $558!!! ridiculous! I called and started asking how in the word they did it, why I was charged for $40 and why does it say on their web site that the Consultation is free (note: any consultation, not just Groupon is free). They stated giving me the crap that they do not know what is on the web site, that doctors did the ultrasound which I was responsible for (I assumed that everything was included in the free consultation?) Finally, they said that they will give me $40 back and said that my insurance sent them the letter saying that they ALLOW THEM TO DO THE PROCEDURES. um....what? allow? is there somebody in the world that can do NOT allow me do the medical procedure? I asked what that ALLOW means? that the insurance will cover it? she said no, it means that you can do the procedures but if they do not cover it then you will be responsible for the bill. Yeah, right. and then few days later I received a copy of what my insurance responded and it only was that they DO need additional information from that clinic on why do I need these procedures. Nothing saying "We ALLOW you to do the procedures". Shady place, will never come back there and will go to other clinic Update: I went to another clinic and guess what? half of the procedures that Dr at Colorado Laser and Vein stated I need are NOT needed! When the doctor at another clinic saw me and said that I just need simple sclerotherapy and I showed them the statements from Colorado Laser and Vein, he was in shock. Rip off! read more

After we spoke they offered to send an inquiry letter to my insurance company to see about a suggested treatment/coverage.
