Decided to try a car service to airport for first time. Anthony's Limo was recommended by someone we know. Morning of, limo driver arrived. We asked if he had a mask to wear as we have someone with Long-Covid (disability) in the family and they are very susceptible to germs we all carry. The driver didn't have a mask so we offered him one (I wore two). Driver was not happy and said he felt insulted to be asked to wear a mask. I suggested we find another driver. He declined. The driver was jittery the whole trip. When we arrived to the airport, I climbed out of the car, thanked him for a smooth ride... and he started yelling at me - holding out his mask and telling me to take it (I did not). I had no idea what was going on, so I collected my things and proceeded into the airport as he continued yelling! That night, I wrote home to tell them what happened. They forwarded my note to Anthony's Limo service. The company responded saying they talked with the driver who supposedly thought we had active Covid and he was freaking out. If that was the case, why did the driver accept us as riders when we offered to not go with him? We emailed a bit more back and forth with Anthony's Limo. They did not apologize for their driver's erratic behavior. We were simply told, yes, they could find us a driver for the way home who would wear a mask, but no - they did not think it was important to have masks available for drivers (or riders) and they would not be keeping them in their limos. In fact, they told us in the future we need to give advance notice if we need a driver to wear a mask. As an extra note: When I reached my final destination that day, the driver my family hired to bring me to their house placed on a mask right away (which she had handy in her car) and was very respectful. She even told me, "I'm sure it isn't fun for you to need to wear masks all the time. I understand." Being generous giving one star because I did indeed arrive to Denver airport safely. read more

We used Anthony's Limo Service both for our son's rehearsal dinner and wedding day this past weekend. We rented a 36 passenger bus both days to shuttle out of town guests and bridal party around. The bus was a clean, comfortable coach and the driver was on time both days. Because we hired the bus for 7 hours each time, the driver was able to pick up some of our later arriving guests at the airport for no additional charge. Anthony's asked for an itinerary in advance and even with it changing a bit due to wedding day delays, they worked with us and made the day run so smoothly for the bridal party--getting them from hotel, to church, to Wash Park for photos, back to church, then getting hotel guests to church, then getting everyone to reception, etc. I was very pleased with the service provided and the cleanliness of the coach. What a great weekend. Thanks for eliminating the stress of directions, etc. for our guests. read more
